I love all the doctors on staff and the nurses, receptionist. I've been coming here for over 10 years for my children.

I love my provider but from check in the whole experience felt very hostile which is new. They wanted everything but a blood sample at the front desk and had me sign consents without ever seeing the actual documents in writing, just an abridged version from front desk staff. Nursing was great during triage but once in a room we were shortly greeted by the "fun staff" which I quickly realized meant you are in for a long wait. Disappointed what used to be a great children's clinic with walk in triage hours I relied on and that I trusted now seems like they are out for numbers... and patients and families are exactly that to Wellstar, just a number.

Very long wait times and got to the back and the room the nurse was going to put us in someone else had already grabbed so we had to stand awkwardly in the hallway while she cleaned a room and waited on it to dry.

That was my first time visiting, well, not visiting, but going in with my daughter and having somebody bring stickers and something for the child to do, such as crayons and paper to color with. The assistant that was there that day that, you know, they have on board to bring that in to parents and bring it into the room, I thought was amazing, really heartfelt. It kept my daughter busy instead of having to focus on pain. So I think that is something that should definitely stay.
