We waited two hours past our appointment time in an exam room with no updates before a doctor finally came in.

I got there at 11am and left at 3:30pm. Yes, I eventually got the assistance I needed but I was disappointed with the disorder, lack of preparation for my visit, poor appointment management and poor communication among staff. I only had one nurse who went above and beyond to get the information I needed. I get it, it's wellstar so most people don't expect much and today was obviously a rough day for their team but they deserve better support and us patients deserve better service.

I know doctors are busy but the fact I waited 1.5hrs AFTER my appointment time for the doctor to come in and then she spent less than 5 minutes in the room was a little ridiculous. I was 4 hours late for work because of waiting on them.
