Everything was fine except it took so long. The appointment was at 9:30 with a 9:15 showtime and I arrived at 9:00. It was nearly 2 hours before I was taken to the back and I was in the exam room about 40 minutes for 10 to 15 mins of face-time with the doctor. I showed up 30 minutes early for a 15 minute appointment that took almost 3 hours.

Waited over an hour for a 3 minute appointment where he briefly glanced at my scar and said it looks good enough. The entire place could use a serious deep clean and update. It's very old and gross. The front desk staff and nurses were nice.

Every time I have an appointment with this clinic and any other clinic at wellstar the wait times are absurd....my appointment was at 8am I was taken to the back immediately but the doctor didn't come in until 2 hours later....and spent 5 t0 10 minutes with me.....ridiculous and that happens every time I go...very inconsiderate
