I scheduled an appointment to receive an ADHD assessment, asked before I scheduled to confirm that I was calling the correct place, but was told during the visit that there is no one within Wellstar that does them. It's quite frustrating because I already see a psychiatrist for medications and only scheduled this appointment for a specific reason. The front office and clinical staff were very nice but I will not be returning. My other psychiatrist is a better fit for my personal needs and is free through spring health

Dr. Kershteyn and her medical assistant Michaiah are lovely. Ethan at the front desk has a very warm and gentle demeanor, I always enjoy interacting with him.

The office staff was very polite and made sure I was comfortable and informed of what was going on prior to being seen. There was a point during my visit with the physician that she did take proper care/concern of an issue I disclosed to her. As side from that, she was very attentive and informative in discussing diagnoses and treatment options.

Dr. K and her staff has been absolutely amazing from the moment I first started. It has been very hard for me to even seek help. I've tried for years but never really had trust for anyone. When meeting with dr. K and her assistant no matter what mood I'm in they have always greeted me and treated me with the upmost respect. I can be myself when I go in there and that's what keeps me coming back. The only fear I have is losing dr. K as my dr. I always grow attached to good people then they either move on grow tired of me or end up dead. I pray to God dr. K continues to work with me as long as she chooses. Thank you so much for the love and care and the attentiveness you have shown and given me. After today session. Im ready to study. God bless you guys.
