My experience with both Dr's Anand and Holmes is always great. They both take time to ask questions and really listen. I never feel rushed and know that they don't brush off or disregard any questions. I also love Sheria (Botox Coordinator). She has always gone above and beyond to help and fight both the insurance company and the pharmacy to make sure my Botox is there when I need it. I know she's always looking out for me. Chantalle is my favorite nurse. Her demeanor is so calming. She is so sweet and I love how she approaches her work. I have never met a nurse who advises, every time, to take a deep breath and let it out when she is ready to take my blood pressure. I look forward to seeing her when I come to the office.

Sometimes it takes up to five days to get a response in MyChart, and it is really hard to get in to see the doctor. They need probably an on-site Pharm B to manage the medication issues to free up the doctors to see more patients.
