Dr Anand will sit down and talk to you at each visit, but it seems like he already has either a standard or preconceived answer. So as a patient, I go in with some questions, I felt like I was talking but wasn't being heard.

I went to another practice, recommended by a friend, before I found Dr. Anand. The other practice was very soothing and did nothing. Dr. Anand zeroed in on the problem, said "we will try this," and set a time to evaluate. That worked.

Dr. Anand was so reassuring that we will find something to make me better. I didn't want to do Botox again because of a bad outcome with another Dr but he reassured me that it was placement that caused my problems & wants to try again because of great success with many patients. I feel confident in him enough to try again.

It was busy in the office and the wait time to see the physician was longer than usual. He seemed preoccupied and not as attentive as usual as evidenced by minimal eye contact. The focus was on the screen where he was reading and typing. Still, he was kind. I expect it was just that it was a very busy day.

I was surprised by the wait to check in. I stood for 5 minutes to get to the desk, but watched several people wait and then were told they needed the office next door. Maybe signage with clear, late font would be helpful when exiting the elevator. I also had to wait another 5 minutes before making my next appointment. The staff was extremely friendly, but perhaps were short-staffed for a Monday morning.
