I arrived at 1:40 for a 2:00 appointment. I was the only pt in the waiting area. I was not seen by the NP until 2:40. Although pleasant and apologetic for my wait, she said the reason she was running behind was because other patients had run late. Why penalize a responsible, prompt patient? The patient running late should be seen last.

Miss Nina was an absolute delight! She was so thorough and so thoughtful. I was so impressed I mentioned to my wife how good she was.

Yes, we waited almost an hour in the exam room, a very long time, and when the practitioner came in, she did not apologize for our wait. And I really did not like that.
