By far the best provider experience I've had at WellStar!! Nina Prata the Nurse practitioner was phenomenal! She wasn't rushed and gave me her full attention. She even reviewed my health history prior to my visit so she was well aware of my previous labs and studies. She explained everything thoroughly and in terms to which someone who might not have had any medical knowledge could comprehend. I can't say enough great things about her level of care and bedside manner ! The staff also was top notch!

The practice is amazing. The building has some needs- the public bathrooms on both floors were very dirty. Floors were very dirty and needed swept and mopped. One bathroom had no soap the other soap dispenser was torn ofd the wall and not working. Spots of urine were on the floor and in the both seats. Bathrooms also needed repair with torn wallpaper etc.

Nina, I should call her doctor, but I don't think she's a doctor. I think she's probably a nurse practitioner or whatever. She's excellent. She's wonderful, very thorough, very sincere, just wanted to make sure everything was all right and that everything, I'm old and sometimes I don't understand things, and she wanted to make sure I did, and it was just a pleasure having her for health provider.
