She conveyed an enormous amount of information, both about my condition and about OSA in general. (Amongst this was that a followup appointment was needed to discuss PAP options and other matters. At this point my wife realized that, despite having had a sleep study done at the same facility as I, she had not been properly followed up, so she made an appointment for that.) Overall, we were impressed with Nina's knowledge and presentation, and could look forward to seeing her again any time.

Although pleasant and apologetic for my wait, she said the reason she was running behind was because other patients had run late. Why penalize a responsible, prompt patient? The patient running late should be seen last.
