Yes, we waited almost an hour in the exam room, a very long time, and when the practitioner came in, she did not apologize for our wait. And I really did not like that.

She took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns and made me feel truly heard and understood. For the first time in a long time, I felt hopeful that I may finally be able to regulate my breathing issues and start living a fuller life with my sons again, especially since my symptoms have kept me from going outside much at all. What stood out to me most was how genuinely caring and attentive she was throughout the visit. She asked detailed questions not only about my breathing, but also about other possible underlying health conditions that could be contributing to my symptoms. She thoughtfully explained how different medications and treatments may work together to improve my overall health and breathing. Dr. Prata showed sincere concern for my well-being and made me feel like she truly wants to help me regain and preserve my health. I left the appointment feeling relieved, reassured, and grateful that she is my doctor. I appreciate her so much.
