Dr Patel was very nice to my elderly mother. She took the time to explain things so that mother understood. She also followed up on a referral from a previos referral to make sure we were seeing the correct Dr as well as changing mother's status to get her in sooner.

I loved the fact that they had help with an interpreter using the tablet. I've usually gone to another location in Walsall to learn a lot about psychology, and there wasn't any service. So I'm really grateful. For me, I thought they treated me extremely well. The nurse was extremely attentive, as was the woman who takes notes in the lab. And the doctor. Thank you.

Nidhi was great. Dr. Nidhi was fantastic. And the lady who drew my blood, the phlebotomy, I don't know if that's her job. I don't know if her job is only phlebotomy, but it's probably part of her job. I don't remember her name, unfortunately. But she was also very nice and great as well. Super helpful. Yeah, yeah, she was great. Whole, whole session experience. Fantastic. Even the clinic itself or the practice itself was super nice, well-maintained, clean. I had a great time. So thank you.
