Yeah, all things are very good. Location is good. Staff is good. The only problem I faced is my insurance record was not found and it took a long time to find that. That is the only concern. Nothing else. All were good then. Thank you.

You need to improve the lab wait times. I signed in. I was told to come back an hour and a half later. I waited. I came back on time. Then I got in there and I was told I had no lab tests in the computer. I think that they should have called me right away to tell me whether or not they saw my lab tests. The girl wasn't able to search them for me. The quest labs tried to say that I'd have to bring in a hand copy when an order was admitted to the system supposedly. The lab needs improvement as far as their scheduling and they're putting the correct orders in the computer so I was unable to get any labs done. That needs improvement and wait times. Thank you.

Front desk was rude when l told her the Kiosk wasn't working properly. When another patient had the same problem we figured out we should unplug it and plug it back in. I waited an hour before being seen even though I was the first patient at 8 am when they opened. The lady at the front desk was telling me to do this and that with NO please and thank yous what so ever. I finally told her to say please after she almost shouted "Give me your drivers and insurance card". No Manners. Wish it was 1980 again.

Then I got in there and I was told I had no lab tests in the computer. I think that they should have called me right away to tell me whether or not they saw my lab tests. The girl wasn't able to search them for me. The quest labs tried to say that I'd have to bring in a hand copy when an order was admitted to the system supposedly. The lab needs improvement as far as their scheduling and they're putting the correct orders in the computer so I was unable to get any labs done. That needs improvement and wait times. Thank you.
