Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor. She literally stepped in for my son and pushed all the way to the limit to make sure he got exactly what he needed in the emergency room. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate her. She literally made a difference between my son being alive and not being alive. So I appreciate her to the bottom of my heart. She is an amazing doctor who deserves more than a 10. She deserves a hundred. Thank you for listening.

My Uber driver brought me to the wrong place I was supposed to go to the emergency room and I didn't realize that till I got out of the car and then they kind of forced me to go in which I didn't like because I didn't want to be at this place but they forced me and checked me out but I ended up getting nothing out of it and going to the emergency after it was a waste of time for me

I was in contact with front desk staff, a medical assistant or nurse, and a physician. Give all three of them huge raises and a company car. Do not promote them because they're too good to be managers.

This was the excellent service that Wellstar is known for. Everyone is polite, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. I was told what to do if the fever or symptoms persisted after the medicine was complete return to the office. Unfortunately 18 hours later, the symptoms got significantly more severe and I went to the ER with shortness of breath, horrid cough with rattling mucus and inability to swallow. I will be in the hospital for 5 days as there is an underlying bacterial infection that is throughout the body. I have a Procalcitonin of 2.4 and Atelectsis. ( lung issue) . So to sum it up, I have Epstein Barr on top of flu b on top of systemic bacterial infection. So what would have been a better way to diagnosis this and allow physicians to provide the correct diagnosis. Please note that told all of the service providers that I have Epstein Barr. Thank you for your time.
