Had to go to front desk 25 minutes after scheduled appointment to see if I was on list. Everyone in waiting room besides another man who also had to go to front desk 45 minutes after his scheduled appointment. Was told everyone had scheduled appointment (about 5 entered before us). They never admitted fault, but witnessed them sending post it notes to back office to call us next. Was just told you would have waited much longer in emergency room. Observed front staff chit chatting with each other most of the time.

Dr Patel was very thorough and was knowledgeable about my symptoms. I was very happy that she ordered a chest x-ray - that in itself told me she was concerned about my symptoms. And to add onto that - the ability to get an immediate x-ray blew my mind!!! I was so happy not to have to schedule an imaging appt and delay a diagnosis and starting treatment immediately!

This experience was the worst. After I left, the pain continued. I asked specifically whether I needed antibiotics because I was hurting, and she said no. I went to the ER the next day, only to learn I had strep throat. I would not recommend anyone to this facility.
