Dr. Patel is exceptional, I trust my healthcare needs to be accessed and addressed appropriately. Her professionalism, compassion and kindness shine through. I will miss her immensely once she is gone in March. No one can fill her shoes! Excellent care from an excellent provider is hard to find! Thank you for finding her but sad to see her go.

The office gets you checked in and out quick. You are usually called back to see the Dr.within 5 minutes. My trip usually is 25 to 30 minutes from walk in and thru and out the door.

I was disappointed that Dr Patel is leaving the practice but I do understand that organization & personnal decisions are part of life. I do hope the replacement physician is as inquisitive as Dr Patel was during the patient visitation time.

I truly appreciated my experience at the WellSTAR Urgent Care. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the nurses and the doctors on staff. They helped me and eased my pain when I was afraid. And so they were very knowledgeable. The only thing I did not like was when I left the facility, I was not made aware of how much else I would have to pay. I don't have insurance that is taken at that urgent care. My insurance is Kaiser Permanente. So I was told that they didn't take my insurance. I paid an amount when I was there, but I was not told that I would have to pay another amount when I left. I would have liked to have known how much I needed to pay upon leaving.

The location of the practice on Google Maps is wrong. It brings you to a private property. Very frustrating to get there. Sets patients up to be in a bad mood when reaching the practice. According to front desk, many patients mention this but it has not been rectified
