I have had several appointments and mixed up the offices on today's appointment. The front office was very nice and accommodating by pushing my appointment time back so I can make it to the other office. She even offered to send them a message to let them know I was on my way. She was very very helpful and truly appreciated.

The front desk ladies especially the two that sit in the middle seats are very pretentious and condescending when it comes to interaction with patients specifically myself. They seem to lack the sensitivity it takes to relay information especially information that isn't pleasant to pregnant emotionally hormonal women in my case concerning insurance companies not in my control. I was also told I'm not even close to the only person who has complained about them. Coming for an appointment should be pleasant and happy for an expecting mother not irritating or upsetting especially when they are high rusk with blood pressure problems and weeks away from giving birth as I am. I love everyone at the obgyn and the specialists I see for ultrasounds but the front desk ladies need improvement.
