The front desk ladies especially the two that sit in the middle seats are very pretentious and condescending when it comes to interaction with patients specifically myself. They seem to lack the sensitivity it takes to relay information especially information that isn't pleasant to pregnant emotionally hormonal women in my case concerning insurance companies not in my control. I was also told I'm not even close to the only person who has complained about them. Coming for an appointment should be pleasant and happy for an expecting mother not irritating or upsetting especially when they are high rusk with blood pressure problems and weeks away from giving birth as I am. I love everyone at the obgyn and the specialists I see for ultrasounds but the front desk ladies need improvement.

I had an emotional breakdown while talking to Dr. Plenty about my previous birth trauma, but she was compassionate and reassuring. I know I'll be in excellent hands when I deliver this baby, and I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for great prenatal care.
