The only suggestion that I would advise is consider asking the patient. What provider would they like to see instead of just randomly selecting any provider for the patient. Certain patients have a preference of who they like to see, and they will arrange their schedule according to the availability of the provider. One thing that will star does is randomly pick a provider based off of the scheduling and that turns away patient.
