About Nehizena Aihie, MD
Dr. Nehizena Sarah Aihie graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Health Science with a focus in public health. Following this she attended New York Medical College where she obtained her Doctorate of Medicine.
Dr. Nehizena Aihie completed her urology residency at the University of Miami and went on to pursue a fellowship in endourology and minimally invasive surgery at the University of Washington. Her interests include complex kidney stones, kidney and ureteral cancers, upper tract urinary obstruction, and robotic surgery.
Dr. Aihie is excited to be here in Atlanta and is looking forward to all of the adventures and opportunities to come.

The Wellstar communication system is awful. The records are not easily accessible to my other medical providers. I have been seen by perhaps four different Urologists. I have no idea about which ones to trust. I know one that I do not trust and would not see again.

I don't feel like I get the best care with this Dr. She doesn't offer enough information and if I don't know to ask the questions, I don't get the information I need. She wasn't even going to examine my incisions until I mentioned I was concerned with one of them. After my surgery she never come to talk to me to let me know what to expect. I wish I would've chosen a different Dr.

The overall staff very professional however the front desk receptionist. Does not smile and does not make you feel welcome. However, once you get past her, everyone else is very friendly. Everyone is very this is not the first time. This is the second time I've been here this lady never smiles.. She doesn't appear to be a part of the team and has the same goal that the team has.

I didn't feel like all of my conditions were taking into account when assessing the problem that I'm having with recurrent UTIs. I have more than one complicated issue going on and they all affect each other and it seemed like they were kind of brushed aside because there's only one solution so take it or leave it and that's that. I was frustrated by the fact that there seem to be a time limit and I didn't get to discuss all of the complicating factors that make my case very difficult for most doctors to deal with and therefore get effective and proper treatment that doesn't cause more harm than good. I'm grateful for the referral because it's more than Emory did but I still don't feel that I have a safe and effective solution for my problem.
