We drive two hours from Starr, SC because we trust the doctors at Wellstar. We have always been so happy with everyone from the lady at check in to the office staff. Thank you so much for all that you do!

It was a young lady that sits behind the lady at the front window, she had bad body odor. When she came in the patient room with me and my daughter she was very musty. Plus upon checking out she has the front office engulfed with the smell must. But Dr. Bade was awesome.

I got a text saying her appointment was at 815 I was there at 820 we did the paperwork then a nurse came and got us took her vitals and put us in a room and ask this questions we sit in the room until after 9:00 so finally that's when we said we were leaving so I'll let them know that we were leaving and then that's when the receptionist wants to tell us that her appointment wasn't until 9:15 then why did I have to be there at 8:15

We waited for over 45 minutes to be seen or talked to by a doctor and we're was charged $450 for a self-pay for the doctor to talk to us for all of five minutes.

Hello, I'd like to know more about or be more informed about how to move on to other tests that may happen. I'm supposed to get a call from radiology and maybe having the nurse follow up after the doctor comes in the room to get more explanation of the next steps.

After receiving quick and speedy service from the front staff and the nursing staff, the Provider had my child and I waiting in the room not seen for 40 mins. I had to go to the front desk to ask about being seen before she came in 5 mins later. And was rude when I was showing medical reports from a prior visit. She was condescending and dismissive. I would not want to see this doctor again.

This provider wouldn't even look at the test results we brought in. They don't care about finding the root cause of my child's pain/issue. They only want to prescribe pharmaceuticals. If you aren't comfortable with that, too bad.
