Dr. Lynes is awesome. He's very attentive, asks great questions, listens to me as the parent and listens to my kids, and really investigates to get at the root cause of issues. He has been our family pediatrician for 4 years and we have a lot of kids. I trust him completely in caring for my kids.

The new improvement, quote unquote improvement that you guys implemented where I have to talk to a triage nurse before even scheduling the appointment for 15 to 20 minutes to determine if I need the appointment is unacceptable for me and very annoying. So I would like to go back to the old system where I call the clinic directly and schedule an appointment for my child. Thank you.

My kids have been coming here for a few years now. Today, we brought our new baby in for a checkup. Dr. Lynes is great! He is caring, gentle, courteous , and always helpful. I appreciate his bedside manner and feel like he really listens. I appreciate that. I also thank the nurses. They're always nice and friendly.
