I love how the practice knows how to relate to the kids and help them be okay with the visit.

The new improvement, quote unquote improvement that you guys implemented where I have to talk to a triage nurse before even scheduling the appointment for 15 to 20 minutes to determine if I need the appointment is unacceptable for me and very annoying. So I would like to go back to the old system where I call the clinic directly and schedule an appointment for my child. Thank you.

My kids have been coming here for a few years now. Today, we brought our new baby in for a checkup. Dr. Lynes is great! He is caring, gentle, courteous , and always helpful. I appreciate his bedside manner and feel like he really listens. I appreciate that. I also thank the nurses. They're always nice and friendly.
