There is a reason why my ear's hurt & I'm dizzy. I had a runny nose but I have finished the antibiotics. Not sure what to do next. I was dizzy before getting the cold.

My ear was very sore wearing my hearing aids and that's why I was scheduled for ENT doctor. And they tested my hearing said there was wax in my right ear and no one bothered to remove it and no one bothered to even look at the hearing aids I have to see if it would correct what I was hearing or I needed new hearing aids.
