This practice is AMAZING! The reason I did not give it a TEN is because it wook me TWO WEEKS to get somebody to answer the phone to make an appointment! NOBODY ever answers the phone to make appointments and while at the office I was informed Wellstar utilizes a Call Center to route calls! Well, it's not working! If it were not for the wonderful staff and doctors I would change to another practice outside of Wellstar. What if a person really needed to see a doctor?? Sad process Why are you outsourcing to a entity that does not answer the phone?? Does that now affect your overall customer service! Please do better!

The Ent doctor knew exactly once he used his equipment at what was going on and he showed me what it was and it wasn't a long period of time that I had to wait in the office and that's what I like about it. I will be coming back I know for every year for my ear hearing test, but I will be coming back for any other needs. I would need this to have a Ent doctor. Thank you. Good experience.

I had a very satisfactory audio visit with Dr Long. He was very friendly, professional, and patient. This was the most thorough hearing test I recall ever having. I appreciated Dr Long going over my audio results with me right away when my testing was completed.

Prescription was called in but with two sets of instructions. My pharmacist said they called back so that I could get that filled today and I called so that I could get that filled today. Hopefully it was taken care of but needless to say I did not get my prescription filled today.

This was the best ENT visit I've ever had in my life out of all my years of being concerned with my hearing. It was fast registration, fast scheduling, and I was seen very quickly and everyone, of course, was very professional about my care. I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I had another ear issue so then I could just go back because of how great the service was. I'm excited to schedule another visit in the next couple of months, but it's still too soon. But anytime I have an issue or if anyone I know has an issue, I know where to go next time. And it's the WellSTAR off Atlanta Road. And it's amazing. I cannot praise the care that I got. It's beyond words, even though I just said a lot of words. But hopefully it reaches the

Dr. Long, absolutely, I trust him with my child's care. I accidentally hit the number one for the first question. I think I hit no by accident, but either way, I definitely trust him and we would happily use him again. He was very gentle, very kind, very caring. He explained things, answered all of my questions, didn't make me feel stupid or like I was asking too many things and really leaned into me trying to genuinely understand what was going on with my child. So by all means, I would definitely recommend him and we would definitely joyfully use him again. So yep, all was well.

their main interest is to sell you a hearing aid! My wife has tinnitus and there only reply is " the only thing that will correct this issue is to use a hearing aid! But if you Google Tinnitus, it tells you that is one of the ways to cure it, but lists 5 other ways which this ENT obviously does not believe in!
