Natalie Holjencin is a board-certified pediatrician who is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care for children and their families. Born and raised in Graniteville, South Carolina, she has a deep love for the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) and is proud to care for the community she has always called home.
Dr. Holjencin earned her undergraduate degree in biology from University of South Carolina Aiken before attending University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Wellstar Golisano Children's Hospital of Georgia, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive pediatric care.
As a daughter, wife, mother and pediatrician, Dr. Holjencin understands the importance of partnering with families to help children thrive. She values the opportunity to get to know each child's unique personality and feels honored to care for them throughout every stage of their growth and development.
Outside of the office, Dr. Holjencin enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and extended family. As the youngest of nine children, family has always been at the heart of her life. She also has a love for animals and enjoys caring for her three dogs and horse. Whenever she can, you'll find her outdoors enjoying nature, soaking up the sunshine, or working in her garden.

From check in to check out, our experience with this office was great. Dr. Holjencin took her time with my daughter and addressed all of her questions and concerns. Danielle was great with giving the vaccines. She talked her through it and was great at distracting her away from the fear of being stuck with a needle. Overall, we had a very positive experience and highly recommend Dr. Holjencin and her team!

The physician that we saw provided a good experience. She is just not our typical pediatrician. We did not have enough rapport and time together to provide a higher quality experience, but for the day of her insight was very helpful.

Very disappointed with our experience with Natalie M. Holjencin, MD. We waited in the lobby for over an hour with my child, who had an ear infection, before being seen. It was especially frustrating because we needed this appointment before an upcoming procedure. Waiting that long with a sick child was extremely difficult. What made it more frustrating was that the lobby was completely empty, and when I asked about the delay, I was told, "We have a lot of people who need care too." I understand that medical offices can run behind, but better communication and a more compassionate response would have made a big difference.
