Both Precious and Dr. Wilson were appropriately attentive and took the time to discuss my questions, which I greatly appreciate. I was a patient years ago, had to leave for insurance reasons, and finally was able to come back, and the difference between today's care and the other institutions "factory" system is very noticeable!

Everyone are very helpful to answer questions or help you find where you need to go. at the front desk in lobby. Dr Wilson is the most caring and guides me thru my questions or needs being compassionate at the same time being so knowledgeable to my health needs! Don't like having health issues but with my doctors at the east Cobb health park I don't worry they keep me healthy and THAT keeps me from being stressed! Thank you wonderful medical staff!

A virtual conference was scheduled with my doctor at the same time as my appointment. This caused me a delay of over 1/2 hour. These types of appointments should be scheduled just the same as an in-office appointment and not be doubled booked with in-patient visits. My understanding this is Well Star policy in your scheduling group. This policy must be addressed!

The reason I would hesitate recommending Wellstar is the poor communication between the people who manage test result, the doctors and myself. I have had two bad experiences in the past 4 months. I have had to contact the doctors but they don't have result either even after 2-3 weeks. The doctors and their nurses seem frustrated by the situation too.
