I was checking in and told I was going to be prepared to pay what Medicare would not. My secondary insurance was not recognized and was out of network. I contacted my insurance company and brought my phone back up to the woman I initially spoke to. She refused what the insurance company told her. I am so frustrated with this behavior from Wellstar. I seem to go through this constantly and yet they are paid just fine from my secondary insurance carrier.

You could improve the online experience where it prompted me to make a payment for a wellness appointment that I did not have to pay. I paid that before I came into the office and when I got to the office, I questioned it. They said they agreed that I shouldn't pay it, but they could not refund it and I had to wait and call a phone number. No one at the building could actually help me and refund my money. It's a really bad situation. I think you're overcharging people for wellness visits. Something to look into, but otherwise happy with the experience.

Dr Natalee Wilson along with her staff is great. Her bedside manner is fantastic, when talking to her she looks at you and you can tell she is listening and cares. And her instructions and advice are in plain English and easy to understand. I'm 83 years old and I've seen many doctors over the years and Dr Natalie is at the top of the list.
