DOCTOR WILSON is one of the best doctors I've ever gone to in my entire life. She always listens very carefully and she genuinely cares about my personal being as well as my health. I would recommend her to anyone.

I did not feel that the appointment was rushed, she took a fair amount of time with me. However, I did not see the doctor until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and was told to be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment time.

I like Dr. Wilson and I trust her with my care. Please understand that. She is thorough and caring. That much is beyond dispute. My wife and I have been with WellStar for over 20 years and we have experienced changes that are not for the better in recent years. Without going into a long list of grievances let's just say there is anecdotal evidence that the growing number of patients is overwhelming to your system.

If your staff do not understand the system How do you expect for the patients to understand your system! I had to talk to my primary care doctor at Piedmont Medical to explain what your staff should have been able to explain. I was just directed to come in and pay they was not concerned about what the patient was saying they was just interested in me paying and then couldn't do what was needed but them give me a bill for 600.00. I am a retired veteran and this is not acceptable. I will speak to the veterans billing department .

I was checking in and told I was going to be prepared to pay what Medicare would not. My secondary insurance was not recognized and was out of network. I contacted my insurance company and brought my phone back up to the woman I initially spoke to. She refused what the insurance company told her. I am so frustrated with this behavior from Wellstar. I seem to go through this constantly and yet they are paid just fine from my secondary insurance carrier.

You could improve the online experience where it prompted me to make a payment for a wellness appointment that I did not have to pay. I paid that before I came into the office and when I got to the office, I questioned it. They said they agreed that I shouldn't pay it, but they could not refund it and I had to wait and call a phone number. No one at the building could actually help me and refund my money. It's a really bad situation. I think you're overcharging people for wellness visits. Something to look into, but otherwise happy with the experience.

I like Dr. Wilson and I trust her with my care. Please understand that. She is thorough and caring. That much is beyond dispute. My wife and I have been with WellStar for over 20 years and we have experienced changes that are not for the better in recent years. Without going into a long list of grievances let's just say there is anecdotal evidence that the growing number of patients is overwhelming to your system.

I did not feel that the appointment was rushed, she took a fair amount of time with me. However, I did not see the doctor until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and was told to be there 15 minutes prior to my appointment time.

DOCTOR WILSON is one of the best doctors I've ever gone to in my entire life. She always listens very carefully and she genuinely cares about my personal being as well as my health. I would recommend her to anyone.
