The wait time from arrival 11:15 for an 11:30 appointment time and then start actual visit with MD at 12:40 seems excessive. Dr. Wilson did apologize and provided extenuating circumstances that caused. However, we had a similar wait time with a previous visit. I will also say that Dr. Wilson did not rush the appointment and seemed to take a generous amount of time with me.

Natalee Wilson is a wonderful physician! she listens to all of my concerns, explains her view on different medical issues and spends time during the appointment and does not rush!! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends! Also, the care tech who checked me in was very thorough, kind, and polite!

I had an 11:30 spot. I arrived at 11:15 or earlier as requested. At 12:05 or 12:10 I was still in the waiting room. I went to the desk and was told it would be at least another 15 minutes. I work for a living and cannot be away from my job that long for a simple physical. Not acceptable at all.

Needs to be better time management. My appointment was at 1 and I had to sit and wait for over 45 minutes to see the doctor since she was apparently pulled into a meeting. There is a schedule for a reason and it's very inconsiderate to make a patient wait that long after making an appointment at a certain time.
