I love Dr. Doles. She is amazing and really listens to my concerns and issues, provides me with the best alternatives, and feels like a champion of my health. That said, I experienced significant administrative issues following Wellstar combining with Augusta University that almost made me go elsewhere and that DID make my mother-in-law leave Wellstar. Please focus on properly training administrative staff and get your record-keeping and record sharing processes in order.
