I just love my primary care doctor Nancy Doles. She is a great doctor.

I just think that they could have been a little more not paying attention to their nails rather than paying attention to the patient. When I waited outside in the lobby area, I was told to go one way and found out that it was completely at the entrance across the street. It was just that whole part of it was just crazy. They didn't let me know that the doctor was busy with something that she really needed to take care of. I was there quite a while. And it just seems like they could be a little more organized. Rather than people standing behind the desk, they could be helping patients or doing blood pressures or whatever, utilizing their skills as much as they possibly can. Anyway, thank you.

Absolutely love Dr. Doles and everyone in the Family Medicine Clinic at WMCG! Amazing, caring, thoughtful and comprehensive care! My only concern (totally out of the staff's control) is the prepay request that generates prior to visits. They are consistently inaccurate. Billing should be completed AFTER visits are completed because of coding. I've heard concerns about this issue consistently from others including providers as well!!

She referred me to x-ray. I went down to x-ray, signed my name on the paper. They told me to have a seat. Someone will be with me .after 25 minutes No one had called my name. They were sitting there talking about their weekend and I left

I felt very confident that my provider was taking very good care of me. However, it took a long time for my provider to see me. Probably in no regard is that her fault. It was just probably just due to the fact that she has a lot on her caseload. So I would say today we could get less of a caseload. But other than that, it was great.
