Setting up the appointment was more difficult than expected. Office never answered when I called, and when they returned my calls it was always at times I could not answer. Ms. Murphy and her assistant were very pleasant and thorough, and it was a pleasure working with them both.

The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, and concerned about my health. She offered me things that know other person had done before. She made me feel safe like I was going to be alright. The assistant/tech was very good also she was very concerned about me, was so patient with me. She was able to get my blood drawn with no problem, and I'm a hard person to get blood from. Most places have to use a MRI machine to get my bloodwork.

The nurse that was tasked with taking the 9 vials of blood was excellent. I didn't feel the needle going in nor did I feel the vials filling up. Best at inserting the needle and not bruising my arm after.

I usually see Dr. Shepard, but whenever he's unavailable, I always feel comfortable seeing Dr. Nakia. It's refreshing to have a doctor who not only looks like me but also connects with me in a way that feels genuine. She's incredibly knowledgeable and often brings up things that others haven't mentioned. What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to ask EVERY question and looks at the bigger picture. Even when a concern falls outside her specialty, she's willing to share helpful insight. I always leave feeling heard and informed. I actually cried after my last visit but dont tell her, haha.

When I had lung problems of fluid build on my right side of love and it came from the chemo I would take it years before I came to WellStar I went to Grady a couple time they did a little procedure but kept building out when I came to WellStar and I found the problem and solved it and I've been blessed fluid built up free over the past 5 years now and my healthy. It's real healthy where it was thanks to WellStar

When I had lung problems of fluid build on my right side of love and it came from the chemo I would take it years before I came to WellStar I went to Grady a couple time they did a little procedure but kept building out when I came to WellStar and I found the problem and solved it and I've been blessed fluid built up free over the past 5 years now and my healthy. It's real healthy where it was thanks to WellStar
