Only issue was my order for the mammogram said "diagnostic" when in fact it is just my annual screening. Dr. did not mention feeling anything and I did not mention any issues, so now trying to get that straightened out for insurance purposes since it is not diagnostic, and just routine screening.

The second I walked in the door, even though I could see how busy they were, the greeted me with a smile and let me know they would be right with me. And the office had a very faint fresh scent that was very soothing. The staff was amazing starting with Lesliana at the front desk to my MA Chaelyn to Tammy my Nurse and of course D Nagappan. The put at ease right away and were super kind. They handled the most uncomfortable exam we women have to go through as gentle and quick as possible and treated me with respect and dignity. Everything was explained completely. Plus, they took the time to really listen and patiently answered all my questions. I am very happy with the level of care, the integrity of the whole staff and have great confidence that Dr Nagappan will take exceptional care of me. Also, the Dr and staff called to make sure they could get me in quickly for the next set of tests. They went above and beyond just doing a referral as so many usually do. My primary Dr Niazi did the same thing when referring me to Dr Nagappan. A HUGE thank you to this wonderful staff!!!

I've had an experience in the past that always makes OBGYN visits difficult both physically and mentally, but everyone at this office makes this as easy as possible as it can be for me. There is a genuine level of care and empathy that I am treated with at every visit, and I am very grateful for Dr Nagappan and all of the other members of the staff I interact with. I can't recall the name of the nurse who held my hand, but I really appreciated that. Dr Nagappan is very thorough in answering my questions and always listens to concerns. Thank you!

This is an amazing team and I feel blessed to have them as my provider. I was so stressed about my current health issues and the reason I was referred to you. The second I walked in the door, even though I could see how busy they were, the greeted me with a smile and let me know they would be right with me. And the office had a very faint fresh scent that was very soothing. The staff was amazing starting with Lesliana at the front desk to my MA Chaelyn to Tammy my Nurse and of course D Nagappan. The put at ease right away and were super kind. They handled the most uncomfortable exam we women have to go through as gentle and quick as possible and treated me with respect and dignity. Everything was explained completely. Plus, they took the time to really listen and patiently answered all my questions. I am very happy with the level of care, the integrity of the whole staff and have great confidence that Dr Nagappan will take exceptional care of me. Also, the Dr and staff called to make sure they could get me in quickly for the next set of tests. They went above and beyond just doing a referral as so many usually do. My primary Dr Niazi did the same thing when referring me to Dr Nagappan. A HUGE thank you to this wonderful staff!!!

Only issue was my order for the mammogram said "diagnostic" when in fact it is just my annual screening. Dr. did not mention feeling anything and I did not mention any issues, so now trying to get that straightened out for insurance purposes since it is not diagnostic, and just routine screening.
