After a particularly difficult and discouraging visit at another office while seeking help for my perimenopause symptoms, I walked into this practice with understandable hesitation. From the moment I stepped through the door, that hesitation began to melt away. Rhonda greeted me with such genuine warmth that I instantly felt at ease, as if I had been a patient there for years. Then Chaelyn welcomed me with a kind smile and a level of openness and compassion that made me feel less like a patient and more like family. When I met the doctor, it became clear that this experience was something truly special. For the first time, I felt completely seen, heard, and understood-not rushed, not dismissed, but genuinely cared for. That kind of presence and attentiveness is rare, and it meant more to me than I can fully put into words. I will absolutely be sharing this experience with everyone I know.
