My check-in experience wasn't good. We arrived to my daughter's appointment, the front desk lady immediately tried telling us we need to reschedule because my daughter's didn't have id on them. I told her I was the parent, she yeah, that doesn't matter and advised I couldn't take my grandson to the back with me. I refused to reschedule due to my kids not having id. She then checked us in. Thirty minutes after checking in, a lady came in with a newborn she wasn't advised she couldn't take her back to the back.

I was there for a post op follow up. No one checked my incision site, no blood work, nothing. I wasted over an hr of my time.

Never heard patients name but someone from the back walked to the front and was very loud about someone that walked out earlier that day. Solution may be to have some music or background noise in the waiting room and staff to not speak so loudly.
