This experience left me feeling discouraged. First I arrived and was given a cup to urinate in without anyone explaining what this was or why I was taking it. It was an unnecessary test. I knew 100% I was not pregnant so this was just an extra charge for insurance for no reason. It would have helped had they explained that it was a pregnancy test and that this is wellstars procedure. I did not feel like my physician genuinely cared about my health or concerns. I felt more like a burden for being there. It was disappointing and left me feeling emotional.

I had a long commute and was 1 minute late for the appointment outside the grace period and they did not take me. Rescheduled for the next day. But the clock on their wall said 125 and the computer was 126. I was never informed that the grace period changed from 15 minutes to 10. I felt as though I should of been seen They should have informed me prior to my visit of the change my yearly visit was before the change last year. But now I know. Points off for dissemination of change.

And then when I was nervously joking, she was able to bounce something funny back, really making me feel at ease. And she remembered a lot from last time. Or if she didn't remember it, she looked it up before she entered the room. And so that was great that she just kind of was able to do that without, I don't know. Other doctors, I feel, kind of wait until you tell them exactly the same thing that you've told so many people before to understand what's happening to you. And she came in already knowing what was going on with me and then she heard me out when I had even more to update and then she did mark it down. And I just, I feel very much at ease with her. But the clock on their wall said 125 and the computer was 126. I was never informed that the grace period changed from 15 minutes to 10.
