My gynecologist appointment yesterday at Wellstar was such a positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and patient, which really helped ease any nerves I had. The doctor took the time to truly listen to me, answer all my questions, and explain everything in a way that made me feel informed and at ease. I especially appreciated how gentle and understanding they were throughout the entire visit. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt respected and cared for every step of the way. It meant a lot to be treated with such compassion and attention to detail. Overall, it was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. I left feeling reassured, heard, and confident in the care I received. I'm really grateful for such a supportive and thoughtful team.

My provider, Nadine Donahue is awesome. Definitely top tier! I am a person with a disability and use a mobility scooter and need extra time and care. I was one minute beyond the grace period for appointments and had to reschedule. Because I am a person with a disability and need assistance. It takes a lot to make it to an appointment and I was one minute beyond the grace period appointment was at nine. I checked in at 9:11. I had already checked in online, but had to wait for someone to get my wheelchair out of the car for me hence why it took me past time to check in. I understand scheduling as I work in healthcare and have for 20+ years, I know the value and importance of maintaining the schedule. I would have appreciated a little grace in the situation. Ms. Donahue apologized and made me feel validated.

provider nadine donahue was amazing. she was very thorough and educated me well on everything. she was attentive and listened when i had questions/comments. would recommend her to anyone. only thing i did not like was the MA did not tell me what the urine cup was for. as soon as they took me to the back, i was handed a cup and told to pee in it but never the point of the test. the test wasn't needed which i could've told, if asked. so felt like it was just another thing insurance had to pay for. but otherwise, the provider herself was amazing and no complaints with the care.

This experience left me feeling discouraged. First I arrived and was given a cup to urinate in without anyone explaining what this was or why I was taking it. It was an unnecessary test. I knew 100% I was not pregnant so this was just an extra charge for insurance for no reason. It would have helped had they explained that it was a pregnancy test and that this is wellstars procedure. I did not feel like my physician genuinely cared about my health or concerns. I felt more like a burden for being there. It was disappointing and left me feeling emotional.

I had a long commute and was 1 minute late for the appointment outside the grace period and they did not take me. Rescheduled for the next day. But the clock on their wall said 125 and the computer was 126. I was never informed that the grace period changed from 15 minutes to 10. I felt as though I should of been seen They should have informed me prior to my visit of the change my yearly visit was before the change last year. But now I know. Points off for dissemination of change.

My gynecologist appointment yesterday at Wellstar was such a positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and patient, which really helped ease any nerves I had. The doctor took the time to truly listen to me, answer all my questions, and explain everything in a way that made me feel informed and at ease. I especially appreciated how gentle and understanding they were throughout the entire visit. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt respected and cared for every step of the way. It meant a lot to be treated with such compassion and attention to detail. Overall, it was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. I left feeling reassured, heard, and confident in the care I received. I'm really grateful for such a supportive and thoughtful team.
