I hope that this doctor does a great job on my back. She was referred to me by another doctor saying he has known her 16 years. Now the doctor has no bedside manners at all but that's ok because I only want her to do a good job on my back.

Well, I'd like to make a comment about the whole crew up there at Dr. DeLil's office in Acclaw Pain Management. They're all good, every one of them, even the man at the front desk checked me in, and the nurse that took my vitals and all the pertinent information she had to take care of, and Dr. DeLil, she was very concerned about any discomfort and pain I was having. And I would most definitely recommend this whole crew, especially Dr. DeLil, to anyone concerning pain management, especially back pain. Thank you very much.

The manager at check in/ check out desk is not very friendly and need to be more professional with the patients as well as answering the office phone more. I had to reach out to a different departments to try to even schedule my office appointment. This is unacceptable for established patients who should always receive the highest level of care.
