Dr. Javaid and the medical staff were great. Knowledgeable, pleasant, easy to talk to. Everybody listened well. I'm pleased with the care so far. Scheduling the appointment was exactly the opposite experience. The people responsible for scheduling my appointment and processing the referral paperwork from my primary care physician were unhelpful and didn't seem to care if the appointment ever got made. The referral paperwork was faxed multiple times to the correct fax number from my doctor with confirmations that it went through. Multiple times I was told by your staff it was not received and it was my responsibility to resolve. It took more than one call from my doctor's office to resolve the problem. Your people made it clear to me that it was not their problem and they took no initiative to get to the bottom of the problem. I nearly gave up and sought care elsewhere.

He provided great feedback, and the diagnosis was very much on point with the symptoms that I was experiencing. He sat down with my husband and myself within a reasonable time, but still we felt as though he was very thorough and took his time with making sure we were comfortable with what was going on with me. So, yes, I definitely will recommend Dr. Javaid for anyone that needs a rheumatologist, and I'm looking forward to my next visit so that we're able to stay on top of my condition and then work for a better and healthier life for myself.
