This was my first visit to Dr. Javaid, Rheumatologist. My entire experience today was a full "10", literally everyone that I spoke to from the day that I scheduled the appointment and from when I walked in today. Everything's perfect polished and professional, and Doctor Javaid was an absolute jewel. As he came in he did not appear as though he was running in and running out. He literally walked in so cordial and warm and interested in what my circumstances are. He proceeded to review much of MyChart data to put everything together for his assessment of my health circumstances. Doctor explained everything more than thoroughly and answered All my questions. Some questions answered twice when asked, and we came to an agreement based on the evaluation and the proposed medical status of my health care treatment. Showed he is a Very patient Doctor presence! Respectful! Doctor walked through specific medications on benefits and risks and I finally came up with a commitment that he was so patient about getting, and then he ordered a lot of blood work x-rays and prescription. I proceeded downstairs to get those tests done too. everything was perfect very professional well done the entire experience was perfect, so organized too. I don't give that very often a "10". Dr Javaid he made me feel comfortable. He showed much interest in what was going on with me. He took reasonably as much time as possible, but he never made me feel he was insensitive and rushing me. He showed he cared. and had sincere interest to help me feel better as we complete all the steps that we are continuing from this appointment for further investigation on my health. I have already given the information to my nephrologist as she refers people many times to Rheumatologist and Dr, Javaid is exclusive on her Referral list currently. I sincerely look forward to my four week follow up to go over my bloodwork, x-rays and my medication with updated assessment.. WELL DONE!!
