The doctor was very attentive. He listened to my complaints and he, you know, was able to provide some feedback on, you know, next steps if what he's prescribed doesn't work. So I thought that was good. And the nurses who checked the vitals and checked me in, everybody, it was a pleasant experience from the receptionist who checked me in to the young lady who helped me to take my vitals and all of that. So I certainly have had a great experience with this practice and I thank you all for it.

He was the first Reumatologist in the last decade to have empathy and agree to treat me. I've been suffering chronic pain for years and I've been told so many times I'm crazy and there is nothing wrong with me. He did an exam and diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and was able to give me so much support and resources. It made me cry to think how many doctors have dismissed me and how happy I was to finally find one who genuinely cares. Thank you ?

Scheduling the appointment was exactly the opposite experience. The people responsible for scheduling my appointment and processing the referral paperwork from my primary care physician were unhelpful and didn't seem to care if the appointment ever got made. The referral paperwork was faxed multiple times to the correct fax number from my doctor with confirmations that it went through. Multiple times I was told by your staff it was not received and it was my responsibility to resolve. It took more than one call from my doctor's office to resolve the problem. Your people made it clear to me that it was not their problem and they took no initiative to get to the bottom of the problem. I nearly gave up and sought care elsewhere.

Facility was very clean. Doctor was attentive, answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed.

He was the first Reumatologist in the last decade to have empathy and agree to treat me. I've been suffering chronic pain for years and I've been told so many times I'm crazy and there is nothing wrong with me. He did an exam and diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and was able to give me so much support and resources. It made me cry to think how many doctors have dismissed me and how happy I was to finally find one who genuinely cares. Thank you ?

The doctor was very attentive. He listened to my complaints and he, you know, was able to provide some feedback on, you know, next steps if what he's prescribed doesn't work. So I thought that was good. And the nurses who checked the vitals and checked me in, everybody, it was a pleasant experience from the receptionist who checked me in to the young lady who helped me to take my vitals and all of that. So I certainly have had a great experience with this practice and I thank you all for it.

I was really nervous and had no idea what to except. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. The triage nurse helped me to.relax and went above and beyond to explain the steps as far as labs and other testing. The provider was open to actually listening to me and explaining what everything meant and spoke to me in terms people that didn't go to medical school understand
