The support nurses and physicians assistants seem to really be getting their rhythm and working well together. Everyone has been fairly pleasant with us. They've been very enjoyable to work with and they do present a calming and competent demeanor.

Yes, I'd like to say the service there is very good from the doctor all the way down to the staff. Everyone was very polite and courtesy. And Dr. Alshoff is one of the best physicians. I followed him there from MCG. And he was good at MCG, and he's good out there at the Welfare Primary. So I highly recommend him. Thank you.

I appreciate having a office in my community. The parking is very convenient. I love that. One thing I would change. There is no one to check you out from 12-1 pm. I would cross train the Urgent Care check out person to make needed appointments.

The wait times just to check in were extremely long. Standing in the line just to check in was longer than 10 minutes. That's a bit excessive. Then on top of that, the wait was still long after checking in. Check in process was redundant and a waste of time. I've been there before, my insurance should've already been in the system because it's been charged to my insurance less than 6 months ago. To speed up this process, you could just give us the option upload our ID and insurance card into the system to save us time. This was beyond frustrating knowing y'all already have all of that information in the system. I arrived at 9:15 with an appointment slot at 9:30. Could not check in until 9:31 because only one person was helping the primary care line and they were caught up with the first patient taking up a large portion of time. Then, after checking in, I wasn't taken back until well after 9:45. Then coming out, I had to wait another 7-8 minutes just to schedule my appointment out. This is beyond ridiculous for those of us who are on a time crunch already and expect a facility to respect and value others schedules as much as theirs. My very first visit here, I got here as the doors opened, checked in, and had to wait 20 minutes on the provider after getting my vitals and everything because the provider had not made it into the office. There was no sense of urgency either time I've been in this office.

The wait times just to check in were extremely long. Standing in the line just to check in was longer than 10 minutes. That's a bit excessive. Then on top of that, the wait was still long after checking in. Check in process was redundant and a waste of time. I've been there before, my insurance should've already been in the system because it's been charged to my insurance less than 6 months ago. To speed up this process, you could just give us the option upload our ID and insurance card into the system to save us time. This was beyond frustrating knowing y'all already have all of that information in the system. I arrived at 9:15 with an appointment slot at 9:30. Could not check in until 9:31 because only one person was helping the primary care line and they were caught up with the first patient taking up a large portion of time. Then, after checking in, I wasn't taken back until well after 9:45. Then coming out, I had to wait another 7-8 minutes just to schedule my appointment out. This is beyond ridiculous for those of us who are on a time crunch already and expect a facility to respect and value others schedules as much as theirs. My very first visit here, I got here as the doors opened, checked in, and had to wait 20 minutes on the provider after getting my vitals and everything because the provider had not made it into the office.
