STARTING WITH THE FRONT DOOR,FELT A WARM WELCOME AS SOON AS I WALKED IN. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS KIND AND ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS I ASKED WITH PATIENCE AND RESPECT. DR ASHRAF IS THE KINDEST PROFESSIONAL MAN THAT YOU CAN ASK FOR TO BE YOUR DR. TAKES TIME LISTENING TO YOU AND NOT RUSHING YOU OFF KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT WHEN HE RESPONDS TO YOUR QUESTIONS,I REALLY DO ADMIRE HIS EXPERTISE ???????

It's a longer drive than where I usually go, but Muhammad is an excellent doctor. He listens very closely. He's very considerate. He pays attention to everything you say, and that's why I enjoy going there.

I think the nursing staff could smile more and show that they are trying to help instead of staruig at me and ignoring me when i am trying to ask a question. The doctors were very helpful but the nursing staff seem to always have a bad day.

Dr. Muhammad was outstanding and the front desk lady that drew my blood, she's absolutely fantastic. She's one of the very few that will draw my blood and poke me only once. So she did excellent. Overall, I am highly pleased. Thank you all for excellent service.

Thus visit was a Great relief, as well wete changing Primary Care Physicians,in addition we had LEFT This Practice just after Covid Lockdown Lifted as It was Governed by University Health Care and they DID NOT Accept our New Aetna Insurance; we never wanted to leave but had no choice, We're GLAD TO BE BACK !!

Came to find a new PCP and it went well , after the first 5 minutes I knew my health care was in good hands!

Yes, my feedback is Dr. Ashraf was very, very good. He also thoroughly explained my treatment, fully diagnosed any kind of problems that I had, and spent more than just a couple of minutes with me. So I felt like he actually genuinely cared and also ensured that all the paperwork and vaccines that I needed for school were completed and even personally called me to make sure that I was on the books. So very good job. Loved him so much.
