Like most medical practices these days, this one is understaffed and probably overworked. Morgan was amazing in that she gave her full attention to me, and never gave any indication that there were others waiting for her attention too. But the waiting room told another story. And on any given day, trying to get phones answered or responses to questions or messages left with front office staff is frustrating, time consuming and sometimes humiliating (based on abrupt and sometimes rude interactions with the person who finally answers!) which is the only reason I am hesitant to recommend this practice to others. But it seems that ALL medical practices are dealing with this same problem, so I stay where I can at least trust my medical provider...and I DO trust and like Morgan Haridgree!
