Morgan was very lovely. What I don't enjoy is when I get my lab reports later, but now I can't discuss them. I wish you would do the lab reports and have them available for us to talk about at the appointment. Thank you.

The doctors here have always been really good, but the staff needs a lot of help. Have had trouble with the staff, getting referrals, etc., for over two years. I like the doctors, but I don't like the staff. The nurse that checks you in is really nice, but the office staff is probably the worst I've ever seen. Sorry to leave that, but you need to know. Been a problem for a while.

Yes, this was the first time I had seen Morgan Hortigree. I was very pleased with the service that I received. This was a Medicare wellness checkup, but she answered all of my questions. I didn't have a specific health issue at the time I went in. She took the time. I didn't feel rushed. I could ask questions and there wasn't any issues. And the lab is a smooth process, so everything went well. I don't have any other issues.

One of the front office staff was answering questions a patient had about the arbitration form and he gave erroneous advice. I am a retired attorney and it was upsetting to see him tell her anything other than she should read it and decide herself. She asked if she was giving up any and he said no which is not accurate.

I feel the people that work for WellStar have done a very good job of taking care of me. I don't know about WellStar as a whole. I don't think that they're the best, but they took over the practice and I guess patients just don't have a choice. So we're stuck with WellStar. But everyone that is at the office that I go to is very good, very responsible, very caring, and I will continue to go there because of the people, not because of WellStar.

Apparently my left ear had too much wax to see the eardrum. This could not be taken care of during my visit. Otherwise everything was great as usual.
