Dr. Bethel quite simply, saved my life. With no history of coronary heart disease, The VA referred me to Dr. Bethel to investigate after my stroke. Like a dog with a bone, she would not let go, running every test known to medicine, finally referring me for a heart cath. Said heart cath found a 90% blockage in my LAD as well as two other arteries >50% blocked. God bless Dr. Bethel!!

The staff was not very engaged with patients. The front desk was not welcoming patients in, talking like they didn't want to be there, dragging with responses. The inside staffing was great.

Check-in was efficient. Did not wait long to be brought back by assistant to take vitals. Then waited in exam room for 50 minutes waiting for doctor. Dr. apologized for running behind. They shouldn't take you back and tell you the doctor will be right in if there is going to be a long wait. Also, computer was not on with my chart. Dr just discussed my concerns and answered my questions.

Everyone at this office is so nice. The front desk ladies and the receptionists, they're just great. They're friendly and courteous and happy and we didn't have to wait. We've always been happy going there. The nurses and technicians, whoever we dealt with, were all fantastic and Dr. Bethel is a 10, 10, 10. She's wonderful. She's easy to talk to. She listens to you and she appears to be very knowledgeable as well as compassionate. We love her and I'm actually recommending her to someone right now when I got this call.

I was seen promptly and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Very unlike most doctor appointments. I was not aware that I was scheduled for a EKG test. It would be nice to have had a disposable gown for this.

Okay, I enjoyed my visit and the staff. Tests were ordered and blood work. And then I get up to the desk and I'm told my appointment will be next year. So my recommendation is to have appointments much closer when you have results that are pending. You can't give a person, you know, how much to find out who's going to tell me what the plan of care is. That's my only suggestion. Alrighty, other than that, everything was lovely.
