Everyone except the person at the check in desk seemed lackluster. Not what I've experienced in the past. Maybe it was a blah Monday for everyone. More energy for my physician would help.

I was seen promptly and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Very unlike most doctor appointments. I was not aware that I was scheduled for a EKG test. It would be nice to have had a disposable gown for this.

Okay, I enjoyed my visit and the staff. Tests were ordered and blood work. And then I get up to the desk and I'm told my appointment will be next year. So my recommendation is to have appointments much closer when you have results that are pending. You can't give a person, you know, how much to find out who's going to tell me what the plan of care is. That's my only suggestion. Alrighty, other than that, everything was lovely.

Dr. BETHEL and her entire team, are an exceptional team. They are caring, professional and responsive. They really care and it shows in everything they do. I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. BETHEL' s Nurse Michelle who was the absolute best person to talk to while my mother was having a recent cardiac crisis. Bless these people!!!

She was rude and would not listen when I said my blood pressures were not high just when I come to the DR.'S office, mostly they run low and even brought my logs of two months of blood pressures, she would not even look at them.

Dr. Bethel is concerned about every area of health issue you may have that you present to her and she assesses and answers health questions with high quality of care and also the nurses that come in after the visit. They make sure that everything is lined up and they make sure that they are prepared to do what they need to do and they are wonderful and I really appreciate the quality of care. Thank you.
