Nurse Practitioner was exceptionally rude and did not address any concerns we had in regards to treatment. She also didn't give us the necessary information or documents inorder to make an informed decision. Highly disappointed in the care of this facility and some coaching is needed. Staff on the other hand was outstanding and very polite. Sadly, it's the few that always make the rest looks bad.
