Dr Lyon was terrific. Very professional. Knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with her analysis of my situation. The "energy " of the front desk ladies was very flat. There was a totally dead plant on a side table in the reception area. I managed large law firms in Atlanta for 27 years so I apologize but I'm especially sensitive to how an office runs. Somebody needs to step in and explain to the staff that they, along with the doctors, are responsible for presenting a professional image. The new Lady who took my vitals was the star of the staff. She was personable and welcoming.

Medically the Doctor and staff were awesome. Only issue is had was the triage Nurse sitting out side near waiting room was giving out people names, date of birth and medical conditions loud enough where everyone could hear it. I reported it after she done it 3 times. I also videoed it just in case she said she didnt.
