I just wanted to mention the whole visit was outstanding, but the front desk staff was dealing with a difficult patient when I came in to visit. The gentleman was irritated and acting agitated, and I just thought that the whole situation was handled very well. The staff was very kind. They helped calm him down to understand what was going on. He was an older gentleman, and it just, the whole situation evolved perfectly. And I just always have amazing service. The lab staff, the front office staff, the nurses, and Dr. Brown are all outstanding.

I haven't met a Dr. is a very long time that made you feel important and didn't just push you through to get to the next patient. I need look no further, as I found what I have been looking for in a Dr. Thank you, Dr. Brown! I appreciate you!

She also raised her voice at another patient to the volume that caused the Office Manager to have to step out of her office to deescalate the situation.
