Dr. Brown is just a diamond in the rough edges of this world. I always feel so well taken care of when I come from her office. She's always so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. So glad that she is my primary care dr.

I just wanted to mention the whole visit was outstanding, but the front desk staff was dealing with a difficult patient when I came in to visit. The gentleman was irritated and acting agitated, and I just thought that the whole situation was handled very well. The staff was very kind. They helped calm him down to understand what was going on. He was an older gentleman, and it just, the whole situation evolved perfectly. And I just always have amazing service. The lab staff, the front office staff, the nurses, and Dr. Brown are all outstanding.

Dr. Brown was kind and understanding. She took her time to evaluate my health issues and explained in detail what we need to do to get me feeling my best. I haven't met a Dr. is a very long time that made you feel important and didn't just push you through to get to the next patient. I need look no further, as I found what I have been looking for in a Dr. Thank you, Dr. Brown! I appreciate you!

The wait time was unacceptable. I was there for when I came in, it said she had, she was on time. Then it said one hour late and actually I did get into the exam room an hour later, but I didn't get seen until another hour, almost another hour. I assumed there was an emergency of some sort, but I think times are scheduled too close anyhow. So I would probably not go there, except that I like the doctor so very much that I put up with the wait. Thank you.

The front desk worker that checked me out was very friendly and courteous. However, the front desk worker who checked me in was unfriendly and curt with me. She also raised her voice at another patient to the volume that caused the Office Manager to have to step out of her office to deescalate the situation.

I enjoyed her bedside manner, her wealth of knowledge that she encompasses, and her ability to keep us well informed so much that I recommended my husband come to this practice, and he attends this practice as well now. I just appreciate all that her and the staff there do. The nurses are great. The phlebotomist is great. Front desk staff is great. And we continue looking forward to many more years of attending and having our health in her hands. So that's that.

I was dissatisfied with the office staff. I had some follow-up calls. It's hard to get in touch with anybody. You leave messages, calls don't get returned, or you don't get what you need in a timely fashion. And it's very disappointing.

However, the wait time is a little long and my appointment had been rescheduled and this was the second time and the appointments are, you know, it's hard to get an appointment soon. They're very far in the distance and that's the only thing that I would say that I don't like.

I understand, you know, why she asks questions that she's asking during our exams. I always feel 110% comfortable sharing everything with her during our visits. She's friendly. I was dissatisfied with the office staff. I had some follow-up calls. It's hard to get in touch with anybody. You leave messages, calls don't get returned, or you don't get what you need in a timely fashion. And it's very disappointing.

Dr. Brown is an excellent doctor. She listens to your concerns & responds with the appropriate intervention. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and even as a healthcare provider myself, I always learn from her during my visits.

Dr. Brown is amazing. I enjoyed her bedside manner, her wealth of knowledge that she encompasses, and her ability to keep us well informed so much that I recommended my husband come to this practice, and he attends this practice as well now. I just appreciate all that her and the staff there do. The nurses are great. The phlebotomist is great. Front desk staff is great. And we continue looking forward to many more years of attending and having our health in her hands. So that's that.

The front desk worker that checked me out was very friendly and courteous. However, the front desk worker who checked me in was unfriendly and curt with me. She also raised her voice at another patient to the volume that caused the Office Manager to have to step out of her office to deescalate the situation.

Dr. Michelle Brown is an amazing doctor. She is also my parents' doctor. We trust her and she does a great job in explaining things and she's patient. So I would really recommend her to other people in my family and friends.

The wait time was unacceptable. I was there for when I came in, it said she had, she was on time. Then it said one hour late and actually I did get into the exam room an hour later, but I didn't get seen until another hour, almost another hour. I assumed there was an emergency of some sort, but I think times are scheduled too close anyhow. So I would probably not go there, except that I like the doctor so very much that I put up with the wait. Thank you.

Dr. Brown was kind and understanding. She took her time to evaluate my health issues and explained in detail what we need to do to get me feeling my best. I haven't met a Dr. is a very long time that made you feel important and didn't just push you through to get to the next patient. I just wanted to mention the whole visit was outstanding, but the front desk staff was dealing with a difficult patient when I came in to visit. The gentleman was irritated and acting agitated, and I just thought that the whole situation was handled very well. The staff was very kind. They helped calm him down to understand what was going on. He was an older gentleman, and it just, the whole situation evolved perfectly. And I just always have amazing service. The lab staff, the front office staff, the nurses, and Dr. Brown are all outstanding.
