She listens carefully, she explains things in such a way that no one has ever explained them before so that I understand more about my body and my medical care, and she really, really cares about her patients. My visit with the provider went fine but my visit to the office was not so good. My appointment was for 11:30 AM. I arrived at 11:15. I did not see the doctor until 1 PM and I left the office about 1:28 PM. this was totally inconvenient for me and the worst appointment I have ever experienced in this practice. They need to improve how they schedule appointments.. I would've rather have them call and try to reschedule me then have me waiting in the office for over two hours to see the doctor on a follow up visit.
