I just appreciate all that her and the staff there do. The nurses are great. The phlebotomist is great. Front desk staff is great. And we continue looking forward to many more years of attending and having our health in her hands. So that's that.

I was dissatisfied with the office staff. I had some follow-up calls. It's hard to get in touch with anybody. You leave messages, calls don't get returned, or you don't get what you need in a timely fashion. And it's very disappointing.

However, the wait time is a little long and my appointment had been rescheduled and this was the second time and the appointments are, you know, it's hard to get an appointment soon. They're very far in the distance and that's the only thing that I would say that I don't like.

The front office could greet people when you walk in the door instead of just looking at you and wondering why you're there. They could say hello or good morning. Dr. Brown's schedule could be adjusted accordingly to the length of her patients. The waiting time and everything is just a bit ridiculous for her schedule, but she is a fantastic provider. She's very thorough and that's the only reason why we come to that practice is because of Dr. Brown.
