I find the office staff to always be happy when I visit and actually it seems like they're glad to see you, which isn't always the case in offices. And I find Dr. Quackenbush very engaged, easy to talk to, and he makes the time. You feel like he has made the time to listen to you rather than just kind of coming in and going out as my experience with some doctors has been. Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Quackenbush and his office.

Dr Quackenbush has healed me through traumas, both radical injuries. First my left hip second my left femur. Anyone who has had these injuries understands the complexity of repairing the damage of broken body parts! He has my total trust and respect! Heaven forbid I should need him again, but if so, I would not be comfortable with any other surgeon. He actually cares about the success of his work. Kudos Dr Quackenbush! And thank you again!

The staff has been consistently friendly, professional, and prompt. My concern is not with the staff or the doctor-it's with the severe lack of accessible parking. Finding a handicap parking space was nearly impossible, and even regular parking was extremely limited. Patients should not have to arrive 30 minutes early just to navigate the parking garage and find a space. This is especially unreasonable for individuals seeking medical care, many of whom have mobility challenges or are recovering from procedures. Improving parking accessibility would significantly enhance the overall patient experience.
