There was a bit of a mixup regarding my appointment. This was quickly straightened out and I was then taken in for X-rays and then to see Dr. Quackenbush. I commend this office staff for taking me right in, instead of putting me back to the end of the line, as I was there ahead of schedule. The mixup was on there part, not mine. I also had a good 20 to 30 minute session with the doctor! This turned out to be a very good experience in office protocol.
