The staff is the best I've ever seen. Every one of them are encouraging, helpful, that's including the nurse. Dr. O'Reilly draws pictures, he explains things, and he doesn't take you into surgery or tests without checking everything out. I've got several tests now scheduled. They're the best. I can't say any more about them. They're wonderful.

His nurse Kathy(?) kept the appointment on time and moving along which showed my time was valued. She was friendly and professional. Overall, this location was easily accessible and clean. Staff were great. Dr O'Reilly came highly referred to me and I will definitely refer him to family and friends.

I arrived at the reception and I was asked to fill in 3 pages with all of my information. I told her I have already check in online and she told me that I had to do it all because the waited the papers. I spent 23 minutes filling in all the same information I previously enter. What is the point of doeing a check-in online if you have to fill in everything again. I was expecting a copy with all of my information and just to sign it. I'm not happy about that.
