Dr. Kaufman really cares about the care for my ear that had undergone a mastoidectomy. He is gentle yet thorough with removing the buildup of wax and debris in my ear. He also checks to make sure my good ear continues to be a good ear. I really like the attention he pays to his profession.

Dr. Kauffman took very good care of me during my endoscopic sinus and septoplasty surgery. I'm healed and healed very well. I listened to all of his instructions for after surgery and it paid off. Thanks to the staff and Wellstar health park for helping and keeping me me stable before during and after surgery along with Dr. Kauffman.

When you schedule a surgery with someone, you need to tell them that there's going to be recent blood work that needs to be done so your patients are not running around like a crazy person try to get it done before the surgery is scheduled. It is too late to notify people a week before surgery. In my case, my primary care physician was on vacation. And I had to bother him on his vacation to get something that I could have gotten two or three weeks earlier if I'd ever known one. Anyway, that's my only complaint. Dr. Kaufman did excellent work as far as I can tell. And I was not an easy patient because I really did not want to have the surgery. But he was right and I found out he was right all along. Thank you.
