Dr. Kaufman explained everything he was going to do, and everything he did, in the pre-op and day of surgery as well as the post- op appt. He took his time and answered all of my questions The overall experience was outstanding. Every single person I came in contact with was caring and professional! Also, the Meds to Beds option was very helpful to us and the woman who helped with that was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The feedback that I'd like to share was that I received a great amount of information regarding my reason for visiting, information that I was not aware of before coming. So I was very happy about that. But during my inquiring, while Dr. Kaufman was explaining, I just felt like some of my concerns weren't really important to him, maybe. I know that he speaks about Inspire quite a bit, so maybe he hears it more so than a little bit. And so it may just be something that goes right over his head because it's not really relevant or important. But as a patient, I just wanted to feel heard, completely heard, and not 60 or 70% heard. But he's definitely knowledgeable.

Dr. Kaufman really cares about the care for my ear that had undergone a mastoidectomy. He is gentle yet thorough with removing the buildup of wax and debris in my ear. He also checks to make sure my good ear continues to be a good ear. I really like the attention he pays to his profession.
