Dr Kaufman and his staff are the best! Everyone from the front desk, nurses and Dr Kaufman are so nice but also very professional. Dr Kaufman has corrected my continuous nose bleeds and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommend to anyone who has nose bleeds that require surgery. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, my visit felt somewhat rushed and less welcoming than I expected. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 p.m., and I was finished by approximately 1:47 p.m. I understand that the staff may have been busy and were likely doing their best, but I did not feel there was much personal interaction or reassurance throughout the visit. When I arrived, the medical assistant seemed somewhat short in her communication and there was very little greeting or conversation. During the visit, I experienced some discomfort from the numbing medication and would have appreciated a little more reassurance or explanation about what I was feeling. When I asked for a bottle of water, I was initially told that it would not help, although she did say she would get one for me. Ultimately, the doctor provided the water. The doctor was professional, but the interaction also felt very quick. I am accustomed to healthcare visits where there is a little more warmth, communication, and reassurance, so the difference stood out to me. I am not sharing this to criticize anyone personally, but rather to provide feedback about my experience. A little more patient engagement and reassurance, particularly when a patient expresses discomfort, would have made the visit feel much more comfortable and welcoming.
