Excellent visit! Was called back at my appointment time (no wait) and the doctor was very informative of my ear problem (small hole in eardrum) and way ahead.

Dr. Kaufman seemed to determine my greatest concern was pain of the neck around the mass even prior to examination or asking me. I would say ASK don't assume. Seems his assessment occurred before he came in the examination room. My health is my priority, living a full long life. Why would pain be an issue when one it is like a sore or stiff neck and is not everyday. Very disappointed. I hope my examination was not compromised by his bias exam

My only recommendation is that you should have a certain amount of time of free parking because my appointment I was only there for like an hour and I still had to pay $4 versus like if I had a two-hour grace period for free and every minute or so after being charged would be better than just a flat rate. I love this Dr and his staff. When I was first diagnosed with cancer, I was scared as most people are. He was the only ENT Dr. that diagnosed my problem I believe correctly, I have been to many ENT doctors and they all prescribed Flonase for a sinus issue. Which never helped me.

The office staff was so kind. I was having a difficult day and they made it better! Dr. Kaufman was very reassuring about my concerns and gave me some simple ideas to help relieve them. It was a wonderful relief and I'm grateful to the whole team !
