I like that they were patient with me being a senior and they were really explained everything in detail. Dr. Hardee was very thorough. He looked over the information that I brought and from there, you know, based on his experience, the information he gave me really put me at ease. And the assistant who was there, she was kind, professional, and I was really pleased with the service. Okay.

Only comment I have something was not working with the appointment scheduling system. I've always gotten a call six months before my next appointment so I could schedule it. This time I tried numerous times to book my annual checkin and kept getting told there not scheduling even three months before I needed to make an appointment. It was very frustrating. I had to keep calling in order to get an appointment scheduled. And then it was almost two months after when I was supposed to see my Doctor. Fortunately I put myself on a waiting list and was able to get an earlier appointment.
