Dr. Hardee and Weddington always go above and beyond to make me feel like family. I brought my sister to Weddington for the first time. He blew her mind. He correctly pronounced her last name. He took time to listen, and looked at her consultation book she brought from overseas before prescribing her new medications. Good job Wellstar Health System.

The doctor, the doctor was very thorough. He was prepared for the visit, very attentive, very good bedside manner, so he was actually amazing. I would recommend him to family, friends, and anyone that I know. Okay, thank you.

Well, he's excellent, but I wish there was a way that I could talk to him after the appointment because, for instance, I needed to ask him a question and there's just no way. I don't know how to contact him, you know, to get him to call back. or he needs an assistant that someone could talk to if the person needs some answers. Because sometimes after the appointment is when you realize you didn't ask a question.

Dr. Hardee is an excellent doctor. He's a good listener and is prepared with information to discuss about my care. Obviously, very knowledgeable. However, the appointment process is terrible. First I was requested to leave a message and informed that someone would get back to me within 72 hours. It's now 6 days and I never received a callback. Since I didn't hear from the office in 72 hours, I decided to call back and was fortunate enough to get in because of a cancellation. I had also tried scheduling an appointment on Mychart and it stated that none were available. I'm a resourceful senior who persisted and got in due to a cancellation. It should never be this difficult to see a doctor. Also, I was given two different phone numbers to call. One was in Marietta which by the way, he doesn't practice at . The other was the East Cobb location and the phone rang many times before it was finally answered. This is unacceptable and your staff needs to do better with customer service. I have other doctors in the Wellstar system, but getting to see this excellent doctor is a challenge!
