The nurse was very attentive to how I was feeling and went above and beyond in ensuring I was comfortable. The nurse and doctor were both very calm and patient with me and had great bedside manner. As a female seeing a male nurse and doctor, I felt very safe and comfortable my entire visit, especially since my concerns were more "lady" focused. My concerns were heard and validated and I greatly appreciated the care I received from everyone.

Entire experience was very courteous timely and thorough. I very much appreciated Dr. Ferguson's handshake upon entering, after he sanitized his hands. He explained things well, as well as his course of action!

They really don't know it's better to go to the ER to get better results. But they're really nice.

I couldn't get a urine test because my period was on and the doctor said that'll be too muddy and I had a UTI and I got pain medicine instead of antibiotic

Though the staff and Doctor were really nice there was no solution or treatment as to the reason I went in the first place. I was told he had exhausted his ability to diagnose my symptoms which was I don't have the flu or a UTI. IF ITS STILL BOTHERING YOU GO TO THE ER. Next time I'll not waste my TIME OR money and go on to the ER.

Sometimes going to urgent care can be a burden. Every time I am here: I get seen quickly, everyone is friendly, and I get competent care.

The provider told me my daughter had high protein levels in her urine, told me I needed to follow up with my dr. Nothing was done for us that day. They ran a flu test on my son and said it was negative but I think the test was not done correctly because a few weeks prior to that, I took my son to this urgent care with the same symptoms and he was positive for the flu. He had fever, sore throat, cough, body aches. Later that day, my daughters pediatrician called me and advised me that I needed to take my daughter to the ER because the urgent care's urine results showed her protein levels were too high for her, she wanted me to have her labs done to check her kidneys. I did just that, and later told that she had no protein in her urine and her kidneys were perfect. There was nothing wrong with her! I assume the urgent care mixed up my daughter's urine with someone else's. I was very frustrated.
