You should not accept many appointments when you only have one nurse practitioner on duty. To have a 1020 appointment and finally leave at 1210 is not acceptable. Especially when you only with the NP for five minutes. I went to this location because I had two other appointments nearby. I will never go to this location again and will go to the one closest to me. I never experienced this at my neighborhood location.

Everyone was so helpful even though I came in very close to closing and had a deep laceration. Plus it was the day before a holiday so I know how hard it must be on them to be delayed. NP Connolley did an excellent job sewing me up and the other staff were wonderful.

Being courteous and patient oriented was not one of her attributes and this is the second time I have encountered this at the Delk Road location with her. If it weren't for the professionalism of the rest of the staff, I would not return. I won't allow one bad apple to ruin my return. Being a former Wellstar RN, I know this is NOT a reflection of the way Wellstar treats it's patients.

The NP did not listen to me. Seemed annoyed and in a hurry to get me out. He did not explain what medication he was prescribing. After picking it up at the pharmacy and reading the labels, I did not believe it was safe for me to take. I'm not taking it. Additionally, he did not want to order an X-ray even though I wanted to make sure my foot was not broken. I had to insist. I will not go back.

I was having an episode of fluvidity and consciousness and I pulled in and I know they don't do that, but I couldn't get close to my home and they were close. And I've gone there before and I know them and they took me right in ahead of everybody else and treated me very, very well and calmed me down and checked my vitals and got me going so I could get on the road again. I chose not to get the ambulance. I chose to drive, but by the time I was there and they had assured me I was okay to drive because I thought my blood sugar was low. But anyway, they were great.
