There was no one in the lobby or parking lot and a 15 minute snot test for covid and I sat there for 2 hours from start to finish ! Thats not acceptable! When I was the only one in the office. Provider was very nice Dr. Connolly.

Misdiagnosed ear infection, I visited WellStar Urgent Care East Cobb Health Park and I had impacted ear wax. Ears were irrigated and my problem was resolved. Not happy about spending $230 for it to not be resolved at the first visit.

It was extremely hot in the waiting area. I made mentioned and was told a ticket had been put in. Michael DNP I do not remember his last name was patient, he listened, and leaving there I felt heard. I live a long way from this facility but I work close to it so I went as I was feeling terrible. I'm feeling better now. The one thing I do not like or understand is why there has to be an appointment in a place that you are supposed to be able to walk in to receive services if you're sick.

I called before I went in to make sure I could get in. When I got there they took me right in. They didn't have the machines to do a MRI or Cat scan. So I was told to go to the ER ROOM. I did and was taken care of. 5 days later I'm back home safe and sound.

My experience with Dr. Michael Connolley was very good... As a woman of a particular age I was very impressed that he took his time with me. He really seemed to care and he actually listened. He actually listened to my problems and what I had to say, and he was very thorough he did not rush me and he seemed to be very concerned and I have to say I really appreciate that because I'm not an old old person but I'm in my late 60s and I'm a retired teacher ..often times people don't see us. They don't see us and they don't want to hear us so I greatly appreciate the attention and also Keisha. She was the the nurse assistant. She was amazing. She was absolutely amazing overall the experience was very nice and it showed me that as a patient. I'm really the best part of Well Star and they work as a team and I would highly recommend it if if if someone needed a healthcare provider.
