By luck, Wellstar's Chief Executive Physician got involved because a director of Health Services knew him and text him because Wellstar employees DID NOT CARE enough to help and sent us there instead so, he had to resolve it. The front staff needs some serious professionalism training or a different career path.

There was no one in the lobby or parking lot and a 15 minute snot test for covid and I sat there for 2 hours from start to finish ! Thats not acceptable! When I was the only one in the office. Provider was very nice Dr. Connolly.

The staff was great! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They got me in and out very quickly and efficiently. Doc was awesome, he heard me out gave me a couple options and then let me decide what was the best route. Would absolutely use them again in the future!

Misdiagnosed ear infection, I visited WellStar Urgent Care East Cobb Health Park and I had impacted ear wax. Ears were irrigated and my problem was resolved. Not happy about spending $230 for it to not be resolved at the first visit.

It was extremely hot in the waiting area. I made mentioned and was told a ticket had been put in. Michael DNP I do not remember his last name was patient, he listened, and leaving there I felt heard. I live a long way from this facility but I work close to it so I went as I was feeling terrible. I'm feeling better now. The one thing I do not like or understand is why there has to be an appointment in a place that you are supposed to be able to walk in to receive services if you're sick.

I called before I went in to make sure I could get in. When I got there they took me right in. They didn't have the machines to do a MRI or Cat scan. So I was told to go to the ER ROOM. I did and was taken care of. 5 days later I'm back home safe and sound.

This is not my first visit and I will ALWAYS return because of your people and the care they provide. I hope if there's a need to return, I'm fortunate enough to have the same doctor. He listened and has an overall wonderful, positive, caring personality. You are lucky to have him and so was I.
