The staff was professional and courteous. The security officer even helped me log my information in the pad when I got stuck on items. The nurse practitioner acknowledged my problems answered my questions and addressed my concerns before treatment. He was knowledgeable in my condition I was having, exposure to poison oak. He informed me to stop the steroidal cream application after 2 weeks. I am thankful for the care I received. I felt safe and well cared for at your clinic. Thank you very kindly .

This was the greatest experience I have ever had in an urgent care facility. Michael, who is the nurse practitioner on site, and all of the staff was incredible. Michael's a genius and all of the staff knew what they were talking about, more accommodating than I've ever experienced in any urgent care in the city of Atlanta. This place is amazing.

Arriving and signing in was no problem; the staff was pleasant enough. I was there because I was experiencing severe body pain and chills. The issues I have with my experience at this facility began while waiting to see a doctor. I was so uncomfortable because of my pain and body chills that I could not sit in the chairs in the waiting room, so I lay on the floor. Thank goodness I already had a blanket wrapped around me when I walked in the door. A lady waiting to see a doctor was kind enough to secure the blanket around me. I heard her and two other patients ask the front desk to please provide me with a pillow or another blanket to be used as a pillow. Why the nurse could not do so, I don't know for sure; I was not able to hear the entire conversation. A nurse asked me why I was lying on the floor, and I told her I was in pain and the chairs were making it worse; along with the chills, the floor felt better than sitting up, cramped up! She then said,"That makes sense we'll get to you soon." Maybe if I had thrown-up or loss control of my bowels I could have got a pillow or blanket. If any good came of this experience is that the concern of those other patients for my well being let me know that there is still hope for mankind. I was waiting my turn without complaint, it would have taken little for Wellstar staff to give me a little more consideration.

By luck, Wellstar's Chief Executive Physician got involved because a director of Health Services knew him and text him because Wellstar employees DID NOT CARE enough to help and sent us there instead so, he had to resolve it. The front staff needs some serious professionalism training or a different career path.

There was no one in the lobby or parking lot and a 15 minute snot test for covid and I sat there for 2 hours from start to finish ! Thats not acceptable! When I was the only one in the office. Provider was very nice Dr. Connolly.

The room I was in appeared unsanitized. The hand sanitizing dispensor was out and not refilled while i was in the room. The NP did not listen to my needs.

By luck, Wellstar's Chief Executive Physician got involved because a director of Health Services knew him and text him because Wellstar employees DID NOT CARE enough to help and sent us there instead so, he had to resolve it. The front staff needs some serious professionalism training or a different career path.

Arriving and signing in was no problem; the staff was pleasant enough. I was there because I was experiencing severe body pain and chills. The issues I have with my experience at this facility began while waiting to see a doctor. I was so uncomfortable because of my pain and body chills that I could not sit in the chairs in the waiting room, so I lay on the floor. Thank goodness I already had a blanket wrapped around me when I walked in the door. A lady waiting to see a doctor was kind enough to secure the blanket around me. I heard her and two other patients ask the front desk to please provide me with a pillow or another blanket to be used as a pillow. Why the nurse could not do so, I don't know for sure; I was not able to hear the entire conversation. A nurse asked me why I was lying on the floor, and I told her I was in pain and the chairs were making it worse; along with the chills, the floor felt better than sitting up, cramped up! She then said,"That makes sense we'll get to you soon." Maybe if I had thrown-up or loss control of my bowels I could have got a pillow or blanket. If any good came of this experience is that the concern of those other patients for my well being let me know that there is still hope for mankind. I was waiting my turn without complaint, it would have taken little for Wellstar staff to give me a little more consideration.

This was the greatest experience I have ever had in an urgent care facility. Michael, who is the nurse practitioner on site, and all of the staff was incredible. Michael's a genius and all of the staff knew what they were talking about, more accommodating than I've ever experienced in any urgent care in the city of Atlanta. This place is amazing.

The staff was professional and courteous. The security officer even helped me log my information in the pad when I got stuck on items. The nurse practitioner acknowledged my problems answered my questions and addressed my concerns before treatment. He was knowledgeable in my condition I was having, exposure to poison oak. He informed me to stop the steroidal cream application after 2 weeks. I am thankful for the care I received. I felt safe and well cared for at your clinic. Thank you very kindly .
