Dr. Christa is a very nice person and very good person. I've never had any trouble. I've been coming there to him ever since the week he came working there and I have no problem with the nurses or anything. So it's very a wonderful place to come and it's very, it makes you feel good because you know that he's telling you what he thinks, what the truth is. Thank you.

There are major problems with the MyChart site that need to be addressed. I took pictures of my new insurance card and attached them to the pre-check-in process. Even though I did this, I was given old information about my previous insurance policy and that I was denied coverage. Then the amount of the payment kept going up and down. It was a mess that really held up the line of people who were waiting behind me when I was checking in.
