Yes, Dr. Melissa Sparks, I shall not be seeing her again. The first time I met her or seen her, I didn't like her services. So I figured I'd give her another try. And the second time around, it was still the same thing. She doesn't take the time to listen or understand. She asked me, is there something else I want to talk about? I told her what that something else was, and she just pretty much looked at me like somebody who was just not listening and just somebody who was just like not interested in hearing. So I don't think she, I don't know if she does this to all her clients or her patients, but I know for me it was not a great experience and I will not recommend or book to see her again. As far as washing hands, I did not see her.

I go to check out after being there about 3 hours and no one is there to check me out.One nurse from the other side talking about they're on lunch.And nobody's there to check you out and I needed my paperwork for my appointment for some test.I left a message for them to mail my information for my Labs and appointments.

They all had beautiful smiles and very welcoming. Dr Sparks took her time with me and listened to my concerns. She educated me on different ways to best manage my health. This young lady was really exceptional. She sat and talked with me and went over my history for probably an hour and also had a new nurse in that was listening and she was also excellent. After I left on the Friday, I passed out. I called and let them know on Monday she called me back around lunch. I couldn't ask for any better than that. One thing that you really need to look at is the WellSTAR phone system. If you don't have a direct number to the office, you cannot get through. That's the only problem and there's no problem with Dr. Spark.
