I go to check out after being there about 3 hours and no one is there to check me out.One nurse from the other side talking about they're on lunch.And nobody's there to check you out and I needed my paperwork for my appointment for some test.I left a message for them to mail my information for my Labs and appointments.

Dr. Sparks was very informative, explained everything like no other has before and she's a very caring young lady. She's definitely a keeper. I really don't care for needles at all. both the young ladies that gave me my immunization, and labs were excellent. I didn't feel a thing.

My experience with this provider exceeded my expectations! From Melinda the young lady at the font desk, to Alison the nurse and of course Dr. Melissa Sparks! They all had beautiful smiles and very welcoming. Dr Sparks took her time with me and listened to my concerns. She educated me on different ways to best manage my health. I would strongly recommend them all !

This young lady was really exceptional. She sat and talked with me and went over my history for probably an hour and also had a new nurse in that was listening and she was also excellent. After I left on the Friday, I passed out. I called and let them know on Monday she called me back around lunch. I couldn't ask for any better than that. One thing that you really need to look at is the WellSTAR phone system. If you don't have a direct number to the office, you cannot get through. That's the only problem and there's no problem with Dr. Spark.
