After the PA saw me, I had to wait twenty minutes just to get a shot from the nurse. She told me she had toomany patients to deal with.

I was pleasantly surprised. Everything from the facility, front desk Admin, nurse assistants and the NP, was an excellent experience. The communication systems in place are a plus as well. I'm totally satisfied as a patient.

My wife previously had a UTI and her antibiotic had not improved the situation. The PA researched her previous culture. She took time to research which antibiotic worked best for that culture. She went ahead a prescribed the new antibiotic and within 24 hours there was significant improvement!
