No one at the reception. The receptionist told me to use the kiosk check in. Took my insurance and ID and charged me copayment. Then the nurse took me inside. No doctor onsite just nurses. She texted the doctor my symptoms after 30 minutes. She said that I need to go to ER. There's nothing she could do me. Worse experience ever. I will never go back there. No doctor at an urgent care ?

Melissa and her staff took time to listen to my concerns and address them immediately--even though they are short staffed--I have already recommended them to someone else and will continue to do so--Wellstar definitely need to look at either combining Urgent Care with a regular doctor's office--If you are sick you are sick and when you are told my your regular physician the earliest they can see you is two to three weeks out--I say that but do prefer Urgent Care--particularly when the melissa and her staff are there
