I've called back because my symptoms worsened and I was not treated with respect or with any help and I had to come back in for a second visit and I still do not feel like this location is giving me good care.

Fantastic staff at every level ! Check-in was efficient and friendly, once in the exam room, Cynthia was very efficient and friendly and Melissa was absolutely great. Very helpful in explaining the diagnosis, what exact steps I needed to take once I left and how to reach the team if I had any problems. EVERYONE at this facility is kind, efficient and knowsw what they are doing !! Highly commend this team of professionals !!

Even with appointment there was a very long wait. However the front desk was honest about it and it was obvious that it was a very busy day. Both the nurse who took vitals and the PA who saw my son were so very nice and great listeners. Aside from the wait, which again was understandable, it was a very good experience.

We had an appt scheduled and it was almost 45 minutes after our appointment time before we were called back to the exam room. I was told by the NP that there was no way my child had cellulitis because there was no open wound from a dog bite and he ended up on antibiotics the next day due to him having cellulitis of the finger as I had asked about.

Dr.Jones was great! I really appreciate her taking us in today. She wasn't scared of my big son with autism and was able to remove the foreign object out of his ear in under one second! The front desk was super kind too. When I called to please be seen today, and they were super busy, she still fit us in. So thankful!

The only problem I have is accessing the mychart information for my child. I already have a wellstar mychart account for myself and the emailed link for my child says to enter a code which was never given or to click the create account link which, automatically says I already have an account, mine. I have not found any way to access my child's information.

Great visit. Although, I was given a RX for magic mouthwash, which now, according to State Board of Pharmacy, can only be dispensed at a compounding Pharmacy. Just thought you should know.

Humanity has no place. A patient has a severe wound with a continuous bleeding but is treated almost after 35 minutes because everyone is busy filling up their documents in the system. Immediate care is not given at all.
