I have gone to this location 3 times and all three times I was told I couldn't be treated there I needed to go to the ER. When in fact all three times I didn't have anything seriously wrong with me and I could've been treated at this location instead of waiting hours to be seen in an ER!

Everyone was amazing at the facility. Cristiano, I believe he goes by Chris, was amazing. And then the nurse practitioner, I believe her name is Melissa May, was also amazing. I love that she gave examples of her daughter, which was similar in age to my son, and what she's done with her daughter. And it just gave me peace of mind, like, okay, this lady is a parent just like me. She gets it. She understands. Just made me feel very comfortable. And she was awesome. The entire staff is awesome.
