The office is showing its age and in need of some investment. The nurses are great and office staff has improved since our last visit. We are very loyal to our doctor - Melissa Boekhaus. She is the best, most caring and thorough doctor. Been seeing her for 10 years now.

Hi, the front desk was wonderful and personable. Whoever checked us in, it was honestly one of my favorite times checking in. I don't know if it was end of day or what, but it was great. Bulkhouse is just a phenomenal human being. She really has been our primary care doctor for both of our kids since both of them were born and one is seven and one is almost four. And there isn't a time that I visit and I meet with her that I'm not leaving feeling really understood and heard and supported and as though we're a team. She really is phenomenal and I'm so glad that she is working with us, is working at your clinic is, you know, she's the best. She is a treasure. So I just wanted to, yeah, leave a little bit of feedback to just kind of sing her praises and front desk was pretty awesome too. Office was clean.

We waited an hour to be seen and that seems to be the norm at this practice. I don't know if it's over booking an inability to manage time well but it's reached a point where we're going to find a new provider. It's really disgusting because the standard is to tell clients that if they miss an appointment they will be charged and yet it is routine to have 30 to 60 minute waits. The MyChart application also tells us that we're supposed to show up 15 minutes before an appointment but at the end of the day we have no recourse other than to find a new provider and to let people know that this is a systemic problem to the practice.

It was a bit nerve wracking as I did not want to miss the appointment. The connection seemed a bit last second... there has to be a better way of informing and connecting people. Even just saying a 'virtual lobby' would've let me know we were where we needed to be. In the end, it worked out, but not before some initial stress. We were grateful for the doctor and staff to make room for us in the day!

We asked him to repeat back to us what shots my daughter would be receiving and he couldn't, he had no idea. If you're administering medication to someone's child you should very well know what you are giving them. Will request on the next visit not to have him as our nurse.

We love Dr. Boekhaus . We think she is a phenomenal doctor. Every time, though, that we go to WellStar Pediatrics, we struggle with the back office, the front office staff. This particular time, we had a follow-up question at the end of the appointment, and we were met with really no help whatsoever and an attitude, and that has been consistent for the last three times that we've been there. So I would definitely recommend we upgrade some of the office staff's courteousness and professionalism. And WellStar has got to figure out how to accept emails somehow. So the portal is not helpful and we've had difficulty linking our records with our children. So I highly recommend some sort of email portal. Thanks.

I was provided a referral for x-rays, but no clarity on how to schedule the x-rays or where to go. Have tried calling several of the 8 phone numbers on the referral page, but have wasted 2 hours without booking an appointment or confirming where I can take my daughter for an x-ray.

We love Dr. Boekhaus, but the new male nurse at the practice came off as very creepy and made my husband and I feel very uneasy. We asked him to repeat back to us what shots my daughter would be receiving and he couldn't, he had no idea. If you're administering medication to someone's child you should very well know what you are giving them. Will request on the next visit not to have him as our nurse.

Connecting to our virtual visit was a bit stressful. The email talked about arriving 'in the lobby' 15mins prior to the appointment. That made me think our visit was incorrectly booked. Then it was only when the doctor got online that it appeared as a virtual visit, but in the meantime I called the helpline and took up someone's time verifying we had a virtual appointment. It was a bit nerve wracking as I did not want to miss the appointment. The connection seemed a bit last second... there has to be a better way of informing and connecting people. Even just saying a 'virtual lobby' would've let me know we were where we needed to be. In the end, it worked out, but not before some initial stress. We were grateful for the doctor and staff to make room for us in the day!

It was so easy to get fixed on, my son had a fever throughout the weekend, I called and they got me a same appointment which was very easy especially with my busy schedule. I will always keep my kids with wellstar.

We waited an hour to be seen and that seems to be the norm at this practice. I don't know if it's over booking an inability to manage time well but it's reached a point where we're going to find a new provider. It's really disgusting because the standard is to tell clients that if they miss an appointment they will be charged and yet it is routine to have 30 to 60 minute waits. The MyChart application also tells us that we're supposed to show up 15 minutes before an appointment but at the end of the day we have no recourse other than to find a new provider and to let people know that this is a systemic problem to the practice.

Dr. Boekhaus and her team are amazing. They always pay close attention and make sure that all of your questions are answered. Our children love going to see her. And I accidentally entered a two on the very, very first question on this survey, which should have been a four. So if that's the only way to be edited, that would be amazing.

Hi, the front desk was wonderful and personable. Whoever checked us in, it was honestly one of my favorite times checking in. I don't know if it was end of day or what, but it was great. Bulkhouse is just a phenomenal human being. She really has been our primary care doctor for both of our kids since both of them were born and one is seven and one is almost four. And there isn't a time that I visit and I meet with her that I'm not leaving feeling really understood and heard and supported and as though we're a team. She really is phenomenal and I'm so glad that she is working with us, is working at your clinic is, you know, she's the best. She is a treasure. So I just wanted to, yeah, leave a little bit of feedback to just kind of sing her praises and front desk was pretty awesome too. Office was clean.

I absolutely love Dr. Boekhaus and everything about her, but I absolutely 150% hate everything else about the practice, all of the customer service, all of the people that answer the phone, all of the people that schedule.

The office is showing its age and in need of some investment. The nurses are great and office staff has improved since our last visit. We are very loyal to our doctor - Melissa Boekhaus. She is the best, most caring and thorough doctor. Been seeing her for 10 years now.
