Had the best experience with Dr. Meghan, she really went over everything with me and explained so that I understood what she was talking about. Really nice and everyone at front desk was really pleasant. Office was really nice and clean.

As a patient there at Family Medicine, I find that although my primary care physician is Dr. Charlton Pickett and he is the absolute best, regardless of any of the practitioners that I see, my medical condition is just of utmost importance to each and everyone from the front staff to the young ladies who are taking my blood pressure. I'm always welcome there and that makes such a difference even as a chronic patient who has challenges with different areas. They never make me feel as if I'm less than. They always take every single thing that I say. They listen attentively and they give me a path forward and that as a patient means everything and when I share that information with others who are looking for a primary care physician I always recommend them.

Megan Starrett is my nurse practitioner and it's always a pleasure seeing her. She's very knowledgeable and she makes me feel so comfortable while I'm there in her presence and helps me relieve some of my anxiety. So I definitely will rate her a 10. I only want to come in the office on the days that she is working because like I said before, she is knowledgeable, she makes me feel comfortable, and she always finds solutions to my problems. Now in the front office, they was great at this particular time. There's been times when I've come in the office and they just seem so not engaged with the customers. Their facial expression sometimes states that they're tired and they don't want to be there. But like I said, coming in last Thursday, everybody at the front that I encountered ?

I am very unhappy with messaging in the patient portal. Billing is a nightmare as is getting anyone to correctly apply charges and estimates. I only go to Wellstar for this particular provider. If she ever leaves, I am out.
