Dr. Patel is always willing to put the patient first. She will spend the necessary time that she needs to to ensure you're heard and all your concerns are listened to. She's very energetic. I appreciate her style and the way that she conducts business. I'm sure the organization probably would like her to see even more patients. However, she puts patients first, and when you put people before profit, the profit will come.

Dr. Patel can often times be rude, and unapologetic with her words when speaking to patients. She addresses a patient's care as though they must fix any issues or they must not care about themselves. Sometimes this can cross the line of professionalism.

Front desk staff is amazing! Doctor is ALWAYS in a rush, doesn't take the time to listen and address concerns. Makes you feel rushed even after doctor is late. Very weird and unorganized
