And I think that practice should be extended and publicized among all your offices and employees.

Friendly staff, greeted as soon as I walked in which is a great comfort when one doesn't feel well. Still very clean, even with construction going on-another comfort and relief. Staff took time to explain any question I had. Very happy that I chose Wellstar!

Definitely liked the provider. She was very nice and very informative. The office, however, is a little dated and the staff at the desk wasn't very professional in my opinion. They didn't listen long. They weren't very professional. But the provider was excellent.

Dr. Patel is very nice, but it feels like the appointments are mostly about her. She talks most of the time (including about her personal life). When I say something by, it feels like she listens to respond instead of listening to understand. My appointments feel like it's a check-the-box appointment/social visit. When I left the appointment the other day, I thought it was just not a great experience. The more I think about it, the more I feel like the employees there don't take any responsibility for my health. I know that my health is my responsibility, but it would be nice to feel like my providers are a partner in it.

She kept asking me questions and then proceeded to interrupt me and undermine every time I tried to answer or respond. It was a very uncomfortable and awkward experience.
