Friendly staff, greeted as soon as I walked in which is a great comfort when one doesn't feel well. Still very clean, even with construction going on-another comfort and relief. Staff took time to explain any question I had. Very happy that I chose Wellstar!

Definitely liked the provider. She was very nice and very informative. The office, however, is a little dated and the staff at the desk wasn't very professional in my opinion. They didn't listen long. They weren't very professional. But the provider was excellent.

Dr. Patel is very nice, but it feels like the appointments are mostly about her. She talks most of the time (including about her personal life). When I say something by, it feels like she listens to respond instead of listening to understand. My appointments feel like it's a check-the-box appointment/social visit. When I left the appointment the other day, I thought it was just not a great experience. The more I think about it, the more I feel like the employees there don't take any responsibility for my health. I know that my health is my responsibility, but it would be nice to feel like my providers are a partner in it.

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Patel. It was not pleasant. She was very pointed and curt. Not in the way you'd want a medical professional to be. She kept asking me questions and then proceeded to interrupt me and undermine every time I tried to answer or respond. It was a very uncomfortable and awkward experience.

I arrived 30 min prior to my appt time and the Dr was over an hour late to my appt. By the time she came I didn't have time due to my own work schedule. There should have been the option for me to get reimbursed my money and leave, however if I would have left I would have been charged even more for a no show fee when the reality is the Dr was really a no show. Due to me no longer having time there was no time to discuss my problems in full or to have a health plan moving forward. I left there having been referred from another Dr with no resolve and with the even additional problems due to my BP being so low when they checked me in. I understand we get behind in schedule however there needs to be protocol do honoring patients time and not having them wait it out and not receive the care they deserve.

She taught me ways I can manage work & personal life to support a work life balance but was also very sympathetic to my conditions as she gave her diagnoses and extension to other medical specialist I can seek for further evaluations. She's the best. My family healthy living style is thanks to her. I have referred this practice to my friends, family and colleagues at work because, why not.
