90% of my appointment time with Dr. Patel was spent talking about HER! Her family, her background, her world travels. We spent less than 10 minutes talking about my health concerns. My visit felt like a waste of time and definitely a waste of money as I'm sure insurance will not cover it. I'm extremely upset with the lack of medical care Ireceivedtoday.

They were kind and, despite not having a scheduled appointment, they found a time to see me right away, which I really appreciated. I don't speak the language, and they also found an interpreter immediately. Overall, I felt appreciated and well taken care of by everyone.

The office was very accommodating in terms of protecting my data privacy requests, in terms of allowing me to block out certain fields of my driver's license that are not necessary for providing health care. And I think that practice should be extended and publicized among all your offices and employees.

Friendly staff, greeted as soon as I walked in which is a great comfort when one doesn't feel well. Still very clean, even with construction going on-another comfort and relief. Staff took time to explain any question I had. Very happy that I chose Wellstar!

Definitely liked the provider. She was very nice and very informative. The office, however, is a little dated and the staff at the desk wasn't very professional in my opinion. They didn't listen long. They weren't very professional. But the provider was excellent.
