All staff have been absolutely amazing. Dr. Potter her nurse Julie, and Katie have truly been amazing. They have listened and have been so compassionate and caring and truly gone above and beyond their job title. They made me feel like a friend or family member and not just another patient.

My only complaint is that it is hard to get an office visit with Dr. Potter. I do realize there is only one of her. I wish there were more MD's. But I would still want to see her.

The doctors and nurses are great. However, trying to get an appointment in there is like an act of Congress. So I think you guys need to work on getting new patients in or actually just getting patients in at all that have issues.

I know we're not native to this country, but we deserve empathy because we treat people with respect. When I told the receptionist I didn't speak English, she rolled her eyes as if it bothered her. We should treat all staff with empathy; we all pay for our services and deserve to be well taken care of regardless of language!

Dr Potter is very caring and personable with me as a patient. She makes me feel like she cares about my health and my well-being. Her assistant, Judy work very well together and seem to have a loving and Caring relationship with each other. That makes for a great experience in the office.
