Dr. Potter is an extremely competent and wonderful doctor. I've been seeing her for many years. However, since WellStar took over the practice, I found it extremely difficult to get an appointment. They just had small windows opening and I think it's an insult that you have to try so hard just to go see a doctor you've been seeing for years and because she has to keep taking new patients. Other than that, I have no complaints with Dr. Potter. I love her to death and I do hate that y'all took away the dressing rooms as well. We do like our privacy. But as far as Dr. Potter, she is wonderful and very much in demand. But since she's been with WellStar, it's been hard to get to her and it's difficult since you don't have a fitting room and older patients don't have a place hardly to sit down to put on socks and shoes and pull up.

I have been with Dr. Megan Potter for a number of years, probably about 20, and I continue going because I am pleased with her service, her care, her professionalism, and her staff that I have been with for a period of time. I like the small office we were in before. Not real excited about the new location and the size of it, but it's still my doctor and I'm pleased with her.

She called to check up to see if I found out what was going on with me. And I loved that about her. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a precious, precious person. and a great doctor.
