I know we're not native to this country, but we deserve empathy because we treat people with respect. When I told the receptionist I didn't speak English, she rolled her eyes as if it bothered her. We should treat all staff with empathy; we all pay for our services and deserve to be well taken care of regardless of language!

Dr Potter is very caring and personable with me as a patient. She makes me feel like she cares about my health and my well-being. Her assistant, Judy work very well together and seem to have a loving and Caring relationship with each other. That makes for a great experience in the office.

My appointment went great. I only had to wait a few minutes before being called back. I was in and out quickly. Dr Potter, Julie and Kristen took great care of me!

I wished it was a room for you to change clothes and leave your belongings in there instead of just throwing them in a chair in the same examining room. I like the way it used to be as far as changing clothes.
