A well run office - helpful and kind. The staff seem to work together well and everything was on time. Dr Potter was easy to talk to and covered the simplest to the difficult in answering my questions.

Dr. Potter is an extremely competent and wonderful doctor. I've been seeing her for many years. However, since WellStar took over the practice, I found it extremely difficult to get an appointment. They just had small windows opening and I think it's an insult that you have to try so hard just to go see a doctor you've been seeing for years and because she has to keep taking new patients. Other than that, I have no complaints with Dr. Potter. I love her to death and I do hate that y'all took away the dressing rooms as well. We do like our privacy. But as far as Dr. Potter, she is wonderful and very much in demand. But since she's been with WellStar, it's been hard to get to her and it's difficult since you don't have a fitting room and older patients don't have a place hardly to sit down to put on socks and shoes and pull up.

I like the small office we were in before. Not real excited about the new location and the size of it, but it's still my doctor and I'm pleased with her.

I love this provider, Dr. Potter and her nurse and her staff. The only problem I have with this office is the difficulty it is to schedule an appointment. It took me months to get an appointment, but hopefully that will improve now, but it's been difficult.

She called to check up to see if I found out what was going on with me. And I loved that about her. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a precious, precious person. and a great doctor.
