Megan Plunkett, NP

I LOVE Megan. She is a great listener and she really seems to care. The only problem I have at Wellstar is trying to get attention from anyone. It is absurd. I am an elderly, yet healthy woman-mentally and physically. But calling in there-I NEVER GET A CALL BACK. When I need to be seen, I actually drive to the front office for when I need an appointment or whatever. Like I said, Megan is great but most of those in the front office seem miserable. No one is smiling, there is no hello or greeting. The staff at my dentist's and endocrinologist's office are so bright and cheerful. And your staff certainly don't need to hear about this, as this is on you, whoever "YOU" are-whatever large corporation you may be, Wellstar, I guess. I did speak to Megan today, as I have many times, about how hard it is to get any attention, and she did advise me that the best way to correspond was thru MyChart. I don't that think I've tried that yet but will for sure give it a try next time I need to get in there.

Yes, I wanted to say that my experience with your, what is it, the mechanical parts and management of this practice are terrible. I've got a call before, I had a complaint, they responded, nothing has changed. I call the office, nobody answers, and if I leave a message, nobody calls me back. I have to drive to the office to actually book an appointment. It's ridiculous. So that is my only problem. I think Megan, I think it's plot something or other. Anyway, she is excellent and she's the only reason I'm still there.

Need to get the prescription process under control. I got a text message that had another patient's medicine on it. Also having issues with prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy. In general the prescription process is pretty broken and needs fixing NOW! Messages from pharmacy generally get ignored or so it seems.
