Love Megan Plunkett! and the rest of the staff. Hate how hard it is to get through on the phone. It sometimes takes 2 to 3 days for return calls. I respect the fact that the office is extremely busy, but it can be very frustrating.

My PA is excellent and I always feel well taken care of. Several of the NEW front staff need customer care training! Anything that is needed once you exit the building is impossible to obtain. Still waiting on a referral from my last appointment. In general when calling the office, the call is never answered, always sent to voice mail and rarely returned on the same day. Lots of room for improvement.
