It was a very great experience. I went in, I checked in, didn't have to wait. I went right to their office where they check in and do all the checking. And Mrs. Plunkett was very, very nice and polite. And then I went to their blood taking room. And the lady in there was very, very nice also. So my experience, I would rate it a 10. My PA is excellent and I always feel well taken care of. Several of the NEW front staff need customer care training! Anything that is needed once you exit the building is impossible to obtain. Still waiting on a referral from my last appointment. In general when calling the office, the call is never answered, always sent to voice mail and rarely returned on the same day. Lots of room for improvement.
