I recently had a wonderful experience at this facility. Every point of contact was extremely helpful and kind, making my visit welcoming and comfortable. When I got lost, a staff member from another location took the time to guide me to the correct area, which I truly appreciated. From the front desk to the nursing staff and the physician, everyone exemplified high-quality care and excellent customer service. Dr. Cahill was particularly attentive, taking the time to ask thoughtful questions to better understand my needs and help restart my medical foundation. I am genuinely thankful for the supportive and caring environment provided during my visit.

When arriving, there was no one at the front desk, and we stood in there for about seven minutes, and then my husband had to beat on the door to get somebody to come to the front. I was there 15 minutes before my appointment, and that was irritating because they knew I was going to come. So that kind of bothered me. But other than that, they were very polite. They were very professional, and I extremely liked the personnel.

Yes, my visit was very good, but her staff and her office, along with Dr. Cahill, are exceptional. They work good together, they communicate well together, and I've never had a problem there. And this is my third visit, I think, and I couldn't be more pleased. I did have a problem with the staff on Fears Ferry Road. I had an appointment, I checked in, and then when I wasn't seen in an hour, I went back to the desk and the girl told me, oh, I forgot to tell you that Dr. Sharma was on vacation. So, but in Dr. Cahill's office, the girls are very, very on it. They know what they need to do, and they do it well. And I've never had somebody to take my, get my blood and have it done on the first try.
