Dr Cahill , is the best she took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me options and a good plan of action to better my health. Something that I have been dealing with for years and now I finally feel that I got someone that truly cares about me and what's actually going on with me and my body and it's not just putting a bandaid on top of my illness. What I really truly love the most also was that my 15 years old son it's able to attend the same doctor since there are a family doctor. That's a plus that way she can take care of us and I don't have to be dragging around from one doctor to another .

I needed a refill for a prescription that I have been on for 5+ years. The provider told me "she doesn't use it" and wanted to prescribe something totally new. She should have asked for provider notes or asked me detailed history of this medication rather than assume addiction. Horrible bed side manner that I have never in my life experienced from a doctor before. Just horrible experience for a patient. I would like to get this addressed and a response to my review.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this facility. Every point of contact was extremely helpful and kind, making my visit welcoming and comfortable. When I got lost, a staff member from another location took the time to guide me to the correct area, which I truly appreciated. From the front desk to the nursing staff and the physician, everyone exemplified high-quality care and excellent customer service. Dr. Cahill was particularly attentive, taking the time to ask thoughtful questions to better understand my needs and help restart my medical foundation. I am genuinely thankful for the supportive and caring environment provided during my visit.

When arriving, there was no one at the front desk, and we stood in there for about seven minutes, and then my husband had to beat on the door to get somebody to come to the front. I was there 15 minutes before my appointment, and that was irritating because they knew I was going to come. So that kind of bothered me. But other than that, they were very polite. They were very professional, and I extremely liked the personnel.
