My new healthcare provider Megan Aguilar NP, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable , listend to everything I had to say, you don't get that much , she made me feel heard and that I was important. Very welcoming. I would 10 out of 10 send my family and friends to her and to this facility from the time I walked in the front desk was very attentive, very professional and my medical assistant, Claudia was very professional very welcoming, caring and loving , then I got a phone call from Lisa, explaining to me about my lab results very professional and caring and attentive. I love this office and I will 100% recommend my family and friends there. Front Desk ? check-in and check out a very professional attentive. I would say that I'm very very happy and pleased .

You make it impossible to actually speak to someone in the specialist offices. They for the most part want you to leave a message for a call back. A lot of phones now including mine do not accept calls from unknown numbers. Making it appear no one bothered. They may leave a message but the call back numbers just call the message line making it moot
