I was brought back to the exam room by the x-ray tech told that the doctor would read my x-ray and the results. I waited over an hour and finally went to a staff member to ask about my x-ray results. She immediately contacted the doctor who came to see me; she thought that I had left. She escorted me to check-out.

Because it was a first time visit, the Dr should look into my chart before commenting regarding my weight and medications, had she read my medical history in my chart she would see that I have lost alot of weight and my A1C is in a non diabetic state right now. She came off a bit harsh and not caring about me.

The doc spent a good amount of time with me. She showed me the CT scan, she explained the condition and why its important to monitor, and provided answers to all my questions. Definitely knows how to build rapport quickly and she made me feel like she really cares. That matters.
