Although I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Ranganathan and her office, the Wellstar telephone system is poorest I have ever experienced. No matter what number is left on my answering machine, I always get message that "Wellstar has many locations, etc, etc ...". It is IMPOSSIBLE to get directly in touch with whomever you want, and most offices and staff have no idea how to contact someone not at their location. HORRIBLE!!
