I got to meet my new doctor, and I enjoyed talking with her and I'm excited to have her on board with my care, Dr. Chang was a great doctor, but she left me in good hands, Dr. Maya is a great Doctor also.

Dr. Crawford went beyond what was expected. She made me feel like my issues were understood and she really listened to me. She provided good explanations and plan of action for next steps. It's the first time in a long time I felt like my doctor truly cared about my health.

This facility is seriously understaffed. I waited over an hour after my appointment time to get called back to see the doctor. They also need to update the system used to schedule appointments. They have no ability to make appointments 3 months in advance. For a gyn/ob facility, that makes no sense. That is a typical time frame for visits in this type of practice.

The young ladies at the front desk and triage were very pleasant and professional. As a new patient, I think the Dr. Should read up on some of your medical history before or while in the room. It makes them look like they care about the care they are providing. Also, if a person has an appointment at 2:15pm, it should not be 45 minutes before name is called and over an hour before you see the doctor without anyone coming back in the room to check on you or give an explanation for the wait.
