I was dismissed with blood work to get done and a place in Newnan to get it done. Lab Corps in Newnan said they needed paperwork. I hadn't been given any. I had the orders on my My Chart on my phone. I also had the orders on my discharge paperwork. They couldn't do it without paper orders. I tried calling the clinic in Senoia. I couldn't get through. I eventually got through to someone with WellStar. They couldn't reach the Senoia clinic either. Lots of phone time with no solutions. Then I was told if I went to a WellStar facility, I wouldn't need paperwork because the orders were in my MyChart. It's past 3:30pm now. 4:17 arrival in another town. I was told the lab closed at 5:00. I gave it a shot, through horrendous traffic on a 2 lane road with school letting out. I got to the Outpatient desk at 4:47. Lab was closed. Hadn't eaten( fasting) and my options were done. Now looking at a 1hour ride back home which turned out to be closer to one and a half hours. And now I'm left with no clue what or how or when I can get the bloodwork done. I honestly don't know where to turn. It's SOO frustrating.

Every time I've seen him, he comes prepared with documentation regarding whatever it was that I phoned in as a reason for the visit when I made the appointment. Most importantly, he spends time solely focused on my problems and has a tremendous amount of empathy and caring. Can't recommend Dr Warren enough for someone looking for an extremely knowledgeable and caring PCP.

I'm just upset that I made the appointment, put in the notes for the doctor what I needed done, and I came in with the intentions that everything was good and was told they don't have the equipment needed for the bloodwork I asked for. Spent money before I knew what was going on. Just kind of messed up considering I put into the notes and you guys could have called and let me cancel the appointment. Probably won't come back to wellstar if im not refunded for the copay. I even called the office and explained.

My nurse was incredibly knowledgeable about me, she had already looked through my chart so it saved so much time not having to explain the entire history. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Warren was absolutely amazing! Hands down the BEST PCP and Dr. for that matter, that I have ever had the honor of meeting! He took the most time any physician has EVER taken with me...listening and explaining everything I needed to hear! There is not a high enough rating for this man! Very clean, warm and welcoming office. The lady at the front desk, Mina was sweet and welcoming. My nurse was incredibly knowledgeable about me, she had already looked through my chart so it saved so much time not having to explain the entire history. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. Truely the best! Dr Warren was very prepared as he also had perused my chart so knew all the details. I never felt rushed and I felt like he really knew his stuff and cared about my answers to his questions. The whole experience from beginning to end was like something out of a movie. I have never been treated so wonderfully in my life!

I'm just upset that I made the appointment, put in the notes for the doctor what I needed done, and I came in with the intentions that everything was good and was told they don't have the equipment needed for the bloodwork I asked for. Spent money before I knew what was going on. Just kind of messed up considering I put into the notes and you guys could have called and let me cancel the appointment. Probably won't come back to wellstar if im not refunded for the copay. I even called the office and explained.

I've never had a more thorough Dr. in my life. Dr. Warren discussed my medical history with hand written notes taken before walking into the exam room. Most Doctors read what's wrong as they are walking in the door, Dr Warren was prepared with two full pages of legal pad notes.

Coming into the room with pages of notes after reading my chart/profile was a major suprise. Dr. Warren listened to my concerns and answered each one. He told me off his concerns about my past treatments and how we were going to correct these issues. I'll be talking to my family members and friends about his wonderful treatment.

My experience with Dr. Warren has been very positive. Every time I've seen him, he comes prepared with documentation regarding whatever it was that I phoned in as a reason for the visit when I made the appointment. Most importantly, he spends time solely focused on my problems and has a tremendous amount of empathy and caring. Can't recommend Dr Warren enough for someone looking for an extremely knowledgeable and caring PCP.

I was dismissed with blood work to get done and a place in Newnan to get it done. Lab Corps in Newnan said they needed paperwork. I hadn't been given any. I had the orders on my My Chart on my phone. I also had the orders on my discharge paperwork. They couldn't do it without paper orders. I tried calling the clinic in Senoia. I couldn't get through. I eventually got through to someone with WellStar. They couldn't reach the Senoia clinic either. Lots of phone time with no solutions. Then I was told if I went to a WellStar facility, I wouldn't need paperwork because the orders were in my MyChart. It's past 3:30pm now. 4:17 arrival in another town. I was told the lab closed at 5:00. I gave it a shot, through horrendous traffic on a 2 lane road with school letting out. I got to the Outpatient desk at 4:47. Lab was closed. Hadn't eaten( fasting) and my options were done. Now looking at a 1hour ride back home which turned out to be closer to one and a half hours. And now I'm left with no clue what or how or when I can get the bloodwork done. I honestly don't know where to turn. It's SOO frustrating.
