The ladies at the obgyn check in desk at the Ackworth location are so friendly, helpful, and patient. They act pleased to see patients (rather than annoyed as I've experienced at other practices outside wellstar). They also seem glad to be there and like they enjoy helping patients with checking in, making appointments, signing/paying the OB contract, etc.

I appreciate the providers at this practice very much and I know that they are very busy and overall everyone is always willing to answer my questions and very pleasant when they do so. The only thing I will say about this provider in particular was that they did not introduce themselves when they came into the room. Neither did they didn't identify themselves as the midwives nor did they say their name. And since I see someone new every single time, I really would like for them to say their name so that I can try to remember their name for next time and try to associate their face with their name. Second of all, that provider didn't say their name and immediately wanted me to lay back to want to measure my stomach. Typically, most providers will introduce themselves and then ask me how I'm feeling, how I'm doing, and if I have any questions.

NP was not professional. Delivering sensitive information, bursts into the room in an overly cheerful manner points to the chart and says findings are abnormal. Did not come off as educational, informative, calm, or professional. Came off as insensitive. Very quick appointment, did not measure fundal height (which I've had measured at all other appointments). Did GBS swab and rammed it in me, causing pain as the q tip did not go in properly. My husband and I just wanted to get out of there. Out of all the providers we've seen, we felt Molineaux was the worst and will not have any further appointments with her.

This is an inconvience , what if it was an urgent matter?

The practitioner or Doctor I saw literally came in and didn't introduce herself or give me any info about anything. I complained about a health concern and she told me to call my doctor or go to urgent care because she couldn't do a routine check. I've been to an obgyn who can do basic exams if you're having any issues or concerns. It's not that hard.

I've been to Douglas, Cobb, and Kennestone for different babies, and this by far is my best and most informative experience. I feel involved in the decision making and not forced, pushed, or bullied by the providers based on their convenience. It's been a huge game changer in relaxing my fear of giving birth that came from my previous birthing experience at Cobb hospital that turned very traumatic very quickly
