The ancillary staff can use a little work, especially the checking in process and the waiting in the lobby. And it's too cold in the whole facility. But overall, it was a great visit. Thank you.

The only concern I have is the location of this office. It is not a safe area! There is a warning sign in the parking lot to notify Police are watching the location. We like the practice and all the employees in this practice! Our concern is the location on Baker road!
