I loved meeting Dr Dailey-Smith and speaking with her about my concerns. The staff was friendly. My only concern was the request to reschedule my appointment the day before. I must admit that the rescheduling of my appointment delayed my itinerary for the day, but none the less I appreciate them being able to squeeze me back in that day just at an earlier time.

Good afternoon. The only area of improvement that I see during for this experience for this visit was in the lab and that person could very well be excellent at all times. She did not hold the pressure on my arm and so there was a huge blood spot when I removed the bandage much later. And she did mention that there might be a little bruise there because of that. She did hold it after the fact and I do appreciate that. Like I said, I don't know if that could have been a rare situation, but I do want to just have someone to please bring that to her attention. Thank you very much. Bye-bye. Otherwise, my visit, Dr. Dailey Smith is an incredible doctor, very professional, genuinely cares and ?
