From the nurse telecall that we had the night before that scheduled the appointment for the very next morning to meeting with the nurse practitioner, the service was outstanding. The nurse practitioner explained what was going on, gave us insight on when my daughter could go back to school, and she was just very, very good in sharing information. Same with the nurse, tell the nurse that we talked to the night before. She went above and beyond in information she shared around when to know to bring your kid to the ER or to schedule an appointment or to schedule it with no sense of urgency. All of the service was outstanding.
